Baby's World Unlimited — Local services in Springfield

I have been shopping here for many years. I have been able to dressed all 4 of my kids because of this store. This is a place to go alone without kids. (Its a baby store not a toy store) Its much easier to not bring them. The store is very much not stroller friendly. What i have learned over the MANY years ive been a customer is that im willing to take the bad with the good. Sharon can come off as rude but in all honesty thats actually just how she comes off. Ive had many many conversations with her. She is just like that. U wont find another store like hers. She obviously is doing something right because she's been in business for a very long time. Everyone is free to feel the way they feel. Im willing to deal with it because my kids always look cute. I get tons and tons of compliments on how cute my kids dress. I appreciate all her and her stores "bad" because ive been able to dress my kids cute. Thats what matters to me over somes personality. I.dont have a lot of money. Without her store my kids would barely have any clothes!.Highly recommend her store isnt...

This woman is so rude. I brought my children in with me to look at baby clothes, my son found a toy he like and toted it around with him and played with it the whole time we were looking at clothes. When it was time to go I asked if he could get it on trade, she told him no because it was a toy that didn't work right and was in a donation bin. He got very upset and I had to put it back and quickly leave. He didn't care that it didn't work right he loved it! I would have gladly paid for it or even used the 100 plus dollars I still have in trade there. Needless to say I will not be going back. The whole time she was telling him he couldn't have it he was crying and she was glaring at me....broke my little boys heart and made me so upset. I have been going to her store for years and she has always had such a rude mentality to her. No customer service or people...

The clothes are a good price, I will admit, but I will not be shopping here again. All the furniture, baby items, shoes, etc. are filthy! Covered in dirt and dust, clothes have stains on them, very very unclean. The roof looks like it’s about to cave in, looks like there’s mold on the roof, and bugs flying around the store. Barely any space in the store to get my baby’s stroller around. I would never put my baby in those clothes or in any of the baby items they sell, no matter how much I clean them. I don’t know how anyone can sell such dirty things to babies. Not to mention the customer service. I was not greeted the two times I came here and was still not spoken to as I was checking out. I have also heard other moms talk about how poorly they were treated by the owner. Sorry but will not be shopping here and don’t suggest it to other...
