Unhappy Customer! Elran Sectional delivered 2/23/23 with broken leg, frames installed upside down, seats disconnect (almost killing my 4 month old puppy as recliner fell forward) and the couch seat is only 19 inches deep - back cushions also have a different angle then couch in showroom. To date leg and frame replaced and seat connection secured - but nothing done about structure almost sitting at a right angle. Can't lay comfortably on couch due to the narrow 19 inch seat and back pitch angle -asked Saleman Mike to our home to see for himself - of course no response. Elran's google reviews show people with same complaint. Wish I would have seen reviews beforehand. Dealing with this situation for 2 months and counting. $5700 mistake - NO SUPPORT from store regarding the structure of the couch. THE COUCH DISPLAYED IN STORE IS DIFFERENT THEN...
