Little Lincoln's Toy Shop — Local services in Springfield

This little independent toy store is an absolute hidden gem here in Springfield! With all the other toy stores having disappeared or switched to online-only, a brick and mortar dedicated toy store is so wonderful to see!

There is a plethora of unique toys you don't really see in the "big box" stores' toy departments. It was really nice to see products outside of the usual Mattel and Hasbro fare. As a board game collector, their wall of games is really diverse and interesting. The prices are also very reasonable, especially in these difficult times for everyone these days.

On a side note. The young lady who was working today when we visited was extremely friendly and even took some time entertaining our very inquisitive toddler's questions. It is extremely rare these days to have such compassionate and thoughtful...

Amazing selection, prices are definitely competitive, and the small crew of staff is always so personable and friendly! My fiancé and I go into this store constantly looking for collectables, and the staff recognize us and help us find what we’re looking for. Even when we walk out empty-handed, they never seem put out or irritated with us. They give your your purchases in these little paper bags with bows and polkadots on them, which adds so much to the whole experience. They also have this loyalty cash-back program that is SO NICE; you get free stuff and money off for just being a customer! Whether you’ve lived here forever or you’re just passing through, this local shop is a MUST-SEE hidden gem for families and toy lovers...

Come visit — you’ll be so happy you came like we were! We met the owner and the employee! Both were so kind, welcoming, checked in with us, offered suggestions, and gift wrapped all our purchases! Such an impressive selection of board games, toys, books, baby items, and educational toys!
