I was lucky enough to have Crystal Webster as my sales expert who was friendly and knowledgeable on all the beds offered there and detailed descriptions of the materials in the beds. We were not pressured and didn't buy the first night we went in as we wanted to shop around the local area and mall for the best mattress for my husband who has had a double spinal fusion. Crystal was so confident in her store and products that she was not offended or pushy at all she actually encouraged us to feel comfortable shopping around and she was understanding and she would be available if and when we needed her. So after a very long weekend of shopping we returned to see Crystal again this Sunday and purchased our mattress and she got us an even better deal than we first inquired upon the previous Friday. I absolutely loved the attention and time she gave us to make sure we got what we needed and not at all pushy and we were not rushed to purchase. So after visiting many mattress stores and meeting a variety of sales people and hearing a lot of different gimmicks I can say mattress firm has much better products and customer service than all the other mattress stores in the area including sears and macys and I was 100% more satisfied with the level of customer service Crystal provided at mattress firm and wish all sales people were as professional, respectful and courteous as she was. I will buy from this mattress firm again in the future and would recommend family and friends to visit and purchase from this location and Definetly ask for Crystal Webster she was fabulous and was an expert in mattresses and explaining everything we needed to know...

I have always received excellent service from Mattress Firm in Springfield, IL. I messaged them yesterday using the Google Maps messenger about an urgent situation. My daughter is moving to Chicago in four days (a Saturday) to begin law school soon. (Mom isn’t thrilled given the pandemic, but oh well...) We just learned that she would need a new bed because our original arrangement fell through.

We got VERY lucky and immediately found a frame & headboard on Facebook Marketplace, and then we met with Lawrence at Mattress Firm. He set us up with a full-sized Eurotop and boxspring which I paid for here in Springfield. They offer zero percent Synchrony financing which we used on a prior purchase with no hidden problems. The best part: the mattress & box spring will be delivered to my daughter’s apartment in the heart of Chicago on SUNDAY for no fee. If we had needed them to carry the mattress to her room and set it up, the fee would have been $99 but she lives on the first floor and has two roommates to help. I really didn’t expect this to work out as well as it has.

Highly recommend Mattress Firm. I’m not sure how their mattress prices compare but they do offer products at different price points. Loved my experience at Mattress Firm in Springfield Illinois. Purchased a “Beauty Rest”Pressure mart Firm King Size Mattress today with metal box springs. Did you know wood box springs make squeaking noises whereas a metal frame doesn’t? I didn’t Out of the 8 mattress furniture stores I visited in Spfld. This was the only sales person ( store Manager “Lawrence Poindexter”) who informed me of the options of a wood Box spring or a metal frame. Outstanding salesman with the knowledge far & beyond any of the other stores I visited. I appreciated the time he spent with me going over all the options I requested so if you need a mattress definitely stop by this Mattress Firm Store to get the best deals ( I saved over $700.00 in sales compared to the other stores who had sales of $200 or less). High end mattresses as well as having it delivered within 1 week. Most of the other stores you had to wait anywhere from 3-6 weeks due to back orders & shortage of materials. Don’t forget to ask about the mattress covers & accessories to go with the mattress . I saved $500 on a set which included 2 pillows, sheets , & a cooling mattress cover.
