Went here for Verizon. Wanted to charge us a device setup fee when we upgraded our phone?? Verizon seems to be caring more about profits than customers for the last year or two! A little pushy on upselling as well. I do understand it's part of the job. The staff seemed a little over worked but were friendly.

Hire more employees, pay better wages and lower pricing. We see your quarterly earnings you can afford it. Make us proud again Big Red.

The strip mall itself is great and Albertsons pulls you up off of the 1 star Verizon brings to Mckenzie Crossing.
