We live next to downtown Springfield Oregon Taco Time is that restaurant they have the worst staff and the worst Management in Lane County's history we drive 5 miles one way to talk or time out in Thurston that place they appreciate your business I drive all the way to go there every time cuz I appreciate them to as they appreciate me I was insulted it's a downtown Springfield Taco Time I was called a dirtbag inside the restaurant the staff did not protect me they did not defend me the 86 me and my wife out they wouldn't let us go to the bathroom it would give us the go bag would you go back in there folks I wouldn't drive it first and Taco Time will treat you to like you belong there trust me go to Thurston don't go to downtown that's the worst Taco Time in Lane County downtown Springfield Taco Time is the worst Taco Time in Lane County trust me I've been there more than once...

I’ll start with, their food is good!! Their service on the other hand is not so good. I went to taco time a couple months ago and they took a long time and then my sister and I went tonight and we waited about 20mins to get our food just to not get half of our order and not realizing it tell we got home. We called and I turned around and went back to get a possible refund WITH our food. It took them 1. Forever to figure out how to give me my money back and then 2. End up telling me I either get a refund and not my food or my food with no refund. I was a little ticked as this mistake was on them and I shouldn’t have had to drive back to get the food. I ordered 3 crisp meat burritos which were awesome (really hope they don’t screw this up even though they cost enough.) Also ordered two Big Juan burritos, received an over inflated bean and cheese burrito, no rice, no veggies, no nothing more than bean and cheese. I used to be willing to pay the price for good food, but the crew was dismissive, and annoyed at my presence. I can’t begin to explain how much I now distrust this place and will NEVER go there again. I figure I had to be one of their last customers, and would never be surprised to see plywood on their windows. Trash service, and it will be a shame to see them go, but at this point clearly they care about whatever business they’re running behind the scenes, and it’s not about serving edible food.
