I have been there 3 times now. The first time was great,cheerful staff,awesome drink. The second time, I ordered the same drink but was charged a dollar more than the first time, when i asked why, the girl spoke to someone,handed me the change and walked away without a word. I decided to give it one more try.Today, I went through and asked for the largest size tea that they had, when it was made I said, I was hoping for the biggest size.The woman responded with, that is the 32 oz. size,you should have asked for the 32 oz. ! I don't stray far from my local coffee shops I frequent. But found myself needing a cup of coffee in a different end of town. Fast lane was my choice. I pull up order a drink and watch her rush through my order with sloppy regard to detail. I looked away and expected my drink to taste horrible. I get the drink and it was unsatisfactory. I was charged $5 for an iced American with flavor. An iced americano was $3.50 and to add flavor is $1. He charged me for a mocha which is stated as $4.50 but then charged me more because an americano has more shots then a mocha. I didn’t order a mocha.
