I recently visited More Boba and was absolutely delighted with my experience! The Brown Sugar Boba was a true masterpiece, bursting with rich, indulgent flavor that left my taste buds singing.

Disappointing! I was excited to learn there was a boba store in Springfield. I ordered my favorite boba - a mango tea. After purchasing, the server said they were our of regular sized boba and were substituting mini bobas. I said OK thinking they would be just as good. Not true. The so-called mini boba pearls were mushy and stuck together in clumps. The were not chewy at all, which is the main reason for getting boba. I ended up throwing out the drink. Not sure if I will ever go back to this store. The server, by the way, was very nice...

Had the pleasure of stopping by today and was impressed by the level of detail from the staff. There was a customer who had a diabetic child and needed to know the nutritional value of the drink they had ordered. Staff took their time to answer questions and shared everything they could. I think that speaks to the level of customer service and care here.

Onto the drink: no frills and good prices. They make their boba in house. Good texture and quality tea. Great spot here in town if you’re nearby or in passing. Would recommend everyone try it...
