Legal action is being taken from this trip.
Went here yesterday and had the worst experience. I have kids and a husband who has ADHD and what he does when he's focusing is whistle. Never had a single person in the past 5 years say something or complain very loudly that customers from isles away hear. That immediately put me off. People with disabilities should be left alone. Then she complained she had a migraine communicating with the manager Teresa literally sitting in TOY isle while we were trying to look at toys... tried to go the other way and the moved further down so we redirected which pissed my son off - after he sets his mind on something it needs to be done or we have a complete meltdown. Part of his medical disabilities that we try to handle by trying to go to the store in the morning to avoid crowds.
Then... when my son lost it to the point he couldn't keep it together my husband was trying to take him out to the car to calm down. As he was walking down the with the screaming child... I heard a large crash and screaming bloody murder... they left a huge roll of carpet in the way of the isle which caused my husband tripping over it... which in result he couldn't hold onto my son... my son fell upon impact and hit his head... Once the incident happened the manager Teresa didn't care at all... no express of empthay... no I'm so sorry... but instead as I was still in the store checking out with my infant... the store manager and other workers were gossiping about the incident saying my husband should have watched where he was going.
In result of such actions I have decided to take legal action upon them sueing for emotional and physical damages... including the medical bills for my son...
Read moreThey have the stuff. You can find a little bit of everything there. We signed up for Ollie's army. Their online app. They send out coupons for 15% off your purchase and other discounts. Their prices are fairly low for a discount store. The downside is that they have so much inventory that it takes a while to explore through everything to find what you want. Their staff has been friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory. If you're in a hurry, they'll help you find what you're after. When I don't have time to explore, I ask for help. I'm in and out quickly with their help. Once you get an idea what's available in the store, you can make quick trips on your own. Part of the fun in going to Ollie's is to explore and see what's new. I do recommend Ollie's. The all round shopping/exploring experience is...
Read moreI frequent here quite often, and I very rarely walk out empty handed. The place is always well stocked, and sometimes looks disorderly, but that's mainly because of the amount of different stock that they have, which changes on a regular basis.
I always enjoy the book section for books that are not easily seen at bigger box stores, and the food sections tend to have shelf stable foods, and I've always had good luck with them. There's a department for just about everything you can think of with something of value there, and they keep up with seasonal trends as well.
As an avid bargain buyer, I always find my way here, and I plan to continue to frequent Ollie's into the...
