I bought a necklace for my granddaughter ‘s birthday. I was quoted one price and charged ten dollars more. When I went in to get this corrected today I decided to ask another associate what the price on the necklace was without letting him know that I had already purchased it. He showed me the tag and it was 75.00 cheaper than what I paid! He was very nice but when he pulled up the skew number in the system it showed a picture of a necklace that wasn’t even close to what I purchased. The manager said if I would bring in the necklace I had purchased she would issue me a refund and then I can turn around and purchase the necklace at the lower price. So now I have to tell my granddaughter, who lives in Florida, Happy Birthday but you have to send your present back to me so I can rebuy it and mail it back. This seems so ridiculous! I will do this but I will not be shopping there again and will share my experience...

Found a ring on their website that I wanted to purchase for my wife. It would be a gift for our 10th Anniversary. Went on a Sunday to their Springfield location and I was told the ring was available at a different store. They would have it shipped to Springfield and that it should be in by Wednesday. The day before our Anniversary. Great! Never heard from anyone Wednesday so i called Thursday and was told Friday. No biggie, we are celebrating on Saturday anyways.
