Torrid — Local services in Springfield

This was my first time visiting the location in the Springfield White Oaks Mall and in comparison to the ones I've visited in both Georgia, Champaign Bloomington,IL they all seem about the same size I would say this is the smaller of the 3 maybe right in line with the Champaign and Bloomington ones the biggest had to be the one in Georgia at the Tanger Mall. When it comes to selection I'd say they had just as much as I would expect there was some things that were limited but I find that all the time at the other stores as well. The store is a little humid so if your looking to try on clothes you may want to wear something comfortable and light as I had one some form fitting clothes on and I did not want to try on anything. The staff was completely nice which I usually find when visiting any Torrid store they were very attentive and helpful as well as friendly. After my experience on Friday June 18th around 4:45pm I will never go back to this location Desiree was so accommodating as the Assistant Store Manager and that key holder were not The key holder was snotty rude and unprofessional Rolling her eyes making unnecessary comments Mind you the whole time leaning on the counter and looked like she needed to buy some of those clothes herself. Olivia was the kindest store associate I've ever encountered. She did bra measurements for me, offered helpful information about the different styles that might work, and pulled many bras for me to try on, even going in the back to find more sizes than were out on display.
