The shop always has the cutest items from local crafters/artists. Their party supply options are a great variety and they have items for all sorts of events. The store is co-owned by two amazing small business owners and the shop is the perfect collaboration of their creativity. From balloons to floral, Serendipity is a great store front that could have the perfect element to complete your upcoming event, etc. Being on C-Street, they always love to have cute window displays and are even able to help decorate the sidewalks itself for various events. Our experience here was so great that it’s difficult to know where to begin! From the moment we walked in the door, we were made to feel welcome and we loved every moment. Not only was the selection and variety of merchandise wonderfully selected/crafted, but the service that one of the owners gave us was unmatched! Sharell (spelling may be off) was kind, inviting, enthusiastic about helping us, and oozed genuine caring about creating the best possible experience for us. My wife and I were there for my wife’s 40th birthday and Sharell helped her create a hand crafted bouquet with dried flowers. It was glorious! Unfortunately, the owner of this store is very aware that her balloon display is causing a hardship on a downtown resident, but instead of being understanding--she has doubled down on her latex display. I was the woman that came in the store and filmed her. She said there are 2 sides to the story --but instead of taking a moment and telling me what that is....she just threatened to call the police. Like immediately. I'd say if she isn't willing to WORK with the public, which is her bread and butter---then she doesn't deserve to run a business. And she definitely doesn't get a high rating from me. It's a simple problem to fix...on the day of a FLOWER...
