Sho-Me Furniture was referred to me through a mutual friend for a new sofa. When I went to the store, Travis not only was polite and helpful, but he listened to what I needed and showed me multiple options. He was NOT pushy or tried to guide me to buy something I didn't need. The optional warranty (which I highly suggest to get), was explained thoroughly, which I appreciated. I left there with good information, so I researched more on what I wanted and finally made a decision on my couch. When I went back to the store, Jeremiah and Nic were there to help with my purchase. They were friendly and helpful, and we decided on the delivery date. Jeremiah communicated very well on confirming the delivery time that day, and him and Travis showed up on time to deliver my beautiful new couch! Easy, smooth process and great communication! SHO ME FURNITURE! where do I begin.

For starters the service I got was if I had stepped back in time to an age where the customers opinion was #1. They definitely care about the customer more than the sale. The options were unbelievable and the fact I could take it home same day was great everywhere else is a 2 week order process.

Having said all that I want to say this, they were not even open for business yet they were still working hard to set up the store and to have stopped what they were doing to treat me as if I was there to spend a million bucks says it all for me. Today I went to Sho-Me Furniture on Sunshine in Springfield. I was on a mission to find a couch for my big family to sit comfortably with each other on. Nic was awesome! Shout out to him for being patient letting me ask how much “this one and that one” was. After about an hour we found one! I came in ballin on a budget and walked out with a beautiful couch which will be delivered in a few weeks! So thank you again for putting up with me and my questions!
