Subway — Restaurant in Springfield

1 star is too many. I ordered a 6" sub turned salad. It's on the menu, just add $2. The Monster 6" is $7.99, plus the $2. The guy making my salad asked if I wanted the salad or protein bowl, I clarified twice salad. He made a salad. I want to add, they gave me 1 tray meat for my salad as if a 6inch. 😳 My actual order would have been $7.99+$2 sub to salad charge [per menu] I added a large drink at $2.59, 8.1% tax equals $15.65. At ring up mngr said they don't offer salads and rolled his eyes at my confusion as to why it's on the menu and his associate clarified between the two. I was charged 12.99 [menu says protein bowl are footlong prices. On board footlong is $13.79. Again I only recieved 1 tray of meat toppings. Total I paid was $18.90 for a small salad and a large drink. Mngr still refused to make it right. Caution math is a sketchy ask at...

Store was clean and I just wanted two drinks ..however when I saw the sandwiches being made for the lady in front of me I was on board. Zach took my order and was so pleasant to talk to he can make you smile with silly jokes while making the food. That's awesome Subway because you can tell your employees take pride in what they do and make because of seeing the food display and the overall appearance throughout the store. Upon his cookie recommendations I did buy 3 chic chip cookies as well as 3 raspberry cheesecake cookies and both were delicious. Thank you Zach for making my day and keep up the great work. The employee was super rude and unhelpful. He was all over the place and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He didn't even ask me for vegetables for on on my sandwich melts and just tossed it into the oven. Worst subway experience i have ever experienced. He even made the wrong sandwich the first time. When we asked for vegetables on the side since he didn't put them on the sandwich he said Jesus christ! And then put them in a bowl. Can’t believe this experience, especially since i go to this subway once a week at the least. This subway Walmart...
