Everyone here is SO nice! Their selection is incredible and the digital inventory list is awesome and super organized. Their glass is very nice, most made by an in-house glass blower that you can occasionally see working in the "juice room".

Unfortunately I had to drop the rating... I was completely ignored in the glass room which irked me, but isn't the worst... The worst being that EVERY time I go in, there are children in the vape room with adults smoking (vaping, whatever) and I have a big issue with this. The vapor produced is still harmful and contains nicotine. It is NOT safe for use around children. So not only was I ignored, I had to listen to children tell the adults how they wanted to smoke, be told they're too young, while they were inhaling second hand smoke in a hazy vape shop. I am a 25 year smoker. I tried disposable vapes in the past. Hated the chemical taste & they made me cough like crazy. Finally decided to give it a shot again and get an actual reusable unit. Looked at the website for a bit. Decided on the unit I wanted but I was clueless on what mg oil I should use and how to maintain the unit. Toodled on up there and was helped by Patrick. He was extremely knowledgable and asked me all sorts of questions to set me up with the right oil. I figured this would be a long process switching from cigarettes to exclusively vaping. Bought my unit late Sunday afternoon. It is Tuesday at 1 pm and I haven't had a cigarette since yesterday afternoon! If you're on the edge about trying vaping to quit smoking, I urge you to give it a shot and visit this shop. Excellent customer service....

Bought a pen from these guys a month back and it leaked since day one. Came in 2 weeks ago telling them that the pen was leaking. They said they could not exchange without manager approval and told me to come in before 5 Mon-Fri. Like many, I work during the day so very difficult for me to come in at that time. They suggested I should change the coil even though it was not used up. Came in again before 5 and the manager and owner were on the property. Neither one came to discuss the problem with me. Said they would not take it back. I wanted to exchange it. I didn't even ask for a refund. Any other business that sells a faulty product would work with the buyer. Now I have to eat the cost of the pen and clean the mess it made in my vehicle and pocket. I also lost the liquid that leaked out since...
