Went thru the drive thru and ordered chips cheese sour cream. I got home order was wrong got salsa which i dont like their salsa at at. I called back asked to speak to the mgr got to talk to Erin which she said she was mgr but her actions and responses could have proved me otherwise. She told me they where closed. I said ok well take my name number and you can replace the order tom she proceed to tell me to read my receipt that i had and that she would only give me the.cheese bec thats their policy and states right at bottom of receipt. I got the kitchen copy of receipt in my bag never a real receipt. I said what good is cheese without chips she hung up on me multiple times I had to call back 4 times. The cook talked to me once her name was T I believe nice girl polite she apologized admitted she put wrong thing in and that i could just come back tom and it would be replaced bed she messed it up on accident. I asked for the gm name and Corp number and Erin got back on told me that T was not a mgr and that she was not the 1 to make that judgment and again wasnt going to replace the order when i went back tom. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service on a so called supervisor named Erin and she needs to be talked to and suspended for treating customer like this. However, on this lovely Sunday while out with six of my kids, we stopped in to the South Grand location to get a big bunch of waffle fries. The older petite woman behind the counter was unbelievably unprofessional and extremely rude with her smart remarks and irritation in her voice as I attempted to make my order. No one else in the resteraunt so what could be the problem with me ordering three large fries and a large drink. Was it because I said fry "bags" instead of your proper fry container name that you so quickly and rudely corrected me on? I tried my hardest to let the way you spoke to me slide until I ordered the large drink and you reply so rudely by saying "well what do you want in it"?
