Lazy, rude, inconsiderate staff. I ask if where items are and the responses are less than enthusiastic. They made me feel like I was bothering them, interrupting their day. I ask another staff member for help and he advised me he couldn’t help because he was “on break.” Really? How rude. Sit in the back if you’re on break, not at the front register counter. I ask another staff for an item out of the locked cabinet and his response was that “she, would help.” She who? WTH!!!!! Read moreFor the most part, I like Walgreens, but I've been having a problem getting one of my prescriptions filled. They initially gave me 5 days worth, the rest was back ordered. For some reason the prescription was canceled by the "head pharmacist" I don't know who that is, but my doctor had to order it again, and it was canceled again. I spoke with my health insurance company who told me the prescription was 100% covered, and they don't know what the problem is with the pharmacy.
I've offered to buy them from the pharmacy, who WON'T sell them to me because they say "a prescription is needed for them and there's no current prescription, because the head pharmacist canceled it" -----🤔REALLY???

She refuses to accept his prescription from his PCP stating my dad printed his OWN prescription. The military pharmacy accepts the PCP's script, but they closed last week before the holiday weekend and we were unable to pick it up there.
