I was so excited to be getting my new phone! And the phone that I wanted, they didn't have any in stock. We had to return the following day to have my information transferred onto the new phone. Both days it was rather hot. Inside it was 74 & 76(two days) The 76 day, a man that was there observing, made a comment about the heat, then the lady that wasn't dealing with us, turned the air on. I had made several comments about the heat and fanning myself and got nothing. Neither employee had any sign of friendliness. Which I overlook sometimes if they are good with the phone. Just ordering one from another store took at least 45minutes. I personally thought it should have been ordered from the computer. No, it took the computer and a call. After all the awkward silence and our business complete, they walk in front of you and hold open the door. It's really weird. They need people that can make a sale or be knowledgeable...

The lady told me i had to buy a new case as the buttons and camera were in different places. Case plus the phone was $190. Long story short, I was lied to about the case and Wal Mart had the same phone for $50. Read moreI used to love US Cellular, but since Helene it's been horrible. They have had 3 and 1/2 months to get everything straightened out but everything seems to be getting worse. My wife can't use her phone without calls being dropped or just can't get through. The internet service sucks. It cuts off 4 or 5 times a day. I'm paying for streaming channels I can't watch and my bill has actually gone up. Anyone wanting to go to US Cellular might want to consider going...
