BEST GAME IN TOWN!! I have used Burleson Plumbing for more than 15 years. I rarely write reviews. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT ! I own a small 15 home sub-division. We have two wells. Our primary well requires a water filtration system. The media in the Filtration system was changed Friday. Phil and Adam were here for two jobs, the second and more important being the filtration media. Phil let me know they were finished and offered to wait until the filtration system finished its cycle and the water came back on. Phil is my regular plumber and has changed this media many times in 15 years so I felt it wasn't necessary. Phil and Adam left for another job. It was late on Friday and after they left I had this uneasy feeling about the water coming back on. I called Phil but no answer so I left a message. I did not know he was only two miles away in the Linville Falls community where there is no cell signal. It was late on Friday and close to the end of day. I was still feeling uneasy I left a message at the main office number and the extension of TIm Green (another great guy that does all the scheduling). THE WATER CAME ON WITHOUT A HITCH!
Then I got a call back not only from Phil, as soon as he got cell coverage, but after Phil had called, and well after quitting time and 5PM, I also received a call from the owner, Kenny Burleson. This is a late on Friday when business normally shut down and go home.
I wouldn't hear from anyone until Monday morning. I WAS WRONG!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe scheduled service with this company after buying a home in the area. We had to make a $400 deposit but had to keep calling to be added to the schedule and couldnāt get a firm date. Finally, we call and are told we can probably add you tomorrow. We will call and confirm with you in the morning. They didnāt. So we called them. At this point we are told they think they can add us the next day. We call the next day and are told we were told we were number 3 on the list, and would be around lunch time early afternoon. (Again NEVER got called by the company we had to keep trying). We are also told that the tech would call when en route. We then get a call late morning saying the tech had come and gone. The tech was supposed to call before coming (as most companies do) to let us know we were next, and didnāt. THEN they now charge us the time to go up and down our mountain to get to a phone to tell us AFTER THEY CAME AND LEFT. Finally we are charged nearly $800 for all told 30 mins of camera time to check our pipes for cracks. No cracks. Itās explained to me they charged us for that time plus another two hours. The owners explanation is that āthe equipment is expensiveā. Completely unprofessional, poor communication, follow through, and charges for time wasted that they could have prevented by using common sense and by sticking with plan of time window and call ahead. I was trying help a 90 year old widow in my community that has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer and just was released to come home to find her house without water and was trying to be the Good Samaritan and do the good deed that I should do as a Christian. I called Burlesons and requested a repair and the service manager set the repair up and within minutes I received a call from an office worker that said they would not come and refused to give a reason why they wouldn't come and was very rude and hateful. I asked if she had an outstanding bill and if she did I would come and pay it. They said she did not have a balance so I offered to come pay for the work in advance and they refused my offer. So I have reached out to Adam Burleson to reason with him and try to come up with a solution. But he will not address the issue and is in denial of the situation in his business. Actually I am astonished and hurt that this business would discriminate against the elderly and less fortunate in our communities. This is far from the Burleson Plumbing that I knew and grew up with.
