Crystal Lotus Shoppe, LLC — Local services in St. Albans

I visit W.V. twice a year, each time I stop at a metaphysical store to see what calls me. Of the many stores I've passed through the years this one is definitely my favorite. Staff were very helpful and intuitive (which is important when traveling 3 states for spiritual purposes). I can't explain it, but the energy was as if I belonged there and some how my soul knew the soul of the staff. I have a feeling we'll cross paths again. That's important because anyone seeking something but you're not sure what, then connect to people you've never met, that's definitely worth mentioning (just incase you also traveled a few states to figure something out). The items I purchased were exactly what I needed. I kept telling everyone this trip was necessary but didn't know how or why, until I got to this store. The entire drive back to NY I was reading through material I purchased, looked at the person driving and said "you'll be driving the full 6 hours, I think I'm about to find what I came for", and I did. That's my new journey, my path, my answer to what's been missing, and maybe if you feel drawn to this store you too will find exactly what you needed in a store with people who understand you before you walk...

I would recommend Barefoot Gypsy In Milton long before I would recommend this shop. The environment is much more relaxed and the owner doesn’t have automatic animosity towards you there.

The owner at Crystal Lotus will follow you around the store as if you are trying to steal something, and scold you for going in certain parts of her shop that she doesn’t make it clear by sign or rope that you shouldn’t there. (I was not behind the register or in any obviously restricted area when she instructed me “don’t go that way” in a very awkward way as I was looking around.

Owner, I see in your past reviews that you like to oppose any negative reviews given to you, and go back and forth with the people that give them to you. I want to assure you that that would be a waste of time with me because my goal in leaving this review is not to argue with you online, my goal is to let other people like myself know to just go the extra few miles to Milton instead. Barefoot has better prices, better customer interaction, good vibes as opposed to weird...

The employees were so nice but the owner was very rude. my friends and i visited this shop for the first time today. we walked behind the counter, no signs telling us we couldnt, and the employee who was helping us didnt say anything about it, but when the owner walked out from the back she was extremely rude to my friend and “shewed” her away using hand motions. when my friend apologized she said “well as you can see this is the cut off” and slammed the basket of crystal figures on the counter. the items are overpriced and there is very little selection, the store is basically empty with little to no items out. i would not reccomend shopping here. the store was completely empty of customers when we arrived & no one came in while we were there either (which was about 30 minutes.) im not surprised that they lack business as the owner lacks customer service skills. And not to mention, under a state mandated mask order neither the owner nor the employee were...
