The Ancor Gallery does a really beautiful and state of art work! The walls, floor, frames for the sinks done in a very amazing, creative manner. And I’d be happy to give this business 5 stars! They deserve it! They are Professionals! But! They have a model of a customized sink. It was our choice because it looks beautiful! The end result with building our sink is that the water doesn’t drains at all because of the wrong leveling and angles of the porcelain connection. Not only we can’t use the final cover of the sink but we have to scoop water out the sink every time we wash our hands. Can you imagine using your hand after you just washed them. Mistakes and errors happen in any business. But the Encore Gallery took a very offensive position and is trying to blame us for our choice of the sinks. We suggested to make changes or wave the fee for wrong done job. But instead of admitting the wrongdoing ( the employee was afraid for being fired and said that the sinks are done wrong) their representative is creaming and attacking us for not accepting their mistake. This part makes me give them 1 star for the Mafia style of problem resolution. We have to file a complain for resolution with the Small Claims Court to do it civil,...
