First experience was great with the head tech at the St. Clair location. We couldn't diagnose the problem however after an hour of sitting in the store we had a solution for an ultimate fix. Went into the store today after calling up there earlier in the day confirming it was OKAY to do a dirty install of windows 11 when I got off of work. I took the computer up when I got off of work and MIKE was not having it he said we don't operate like that and told me to drop the computer off. He had no knowledge of the previous conversation I had with his head tech. He was rude and lacked any sort of customer service skills. Infact after the small conversation I had with MIKE and learning hes the owner of this company I wouldn't recommend ANYONE dropping off their pc to that man or this company. The guy was super nice, helpful, answered some of my more random questions. He was so helpful, I felt bad I didn't spend any money.
