Hangout Entertainment Bar & Grill — Restaurant in St. Clair

Food was decent, when it finally came out. Very limited menu, not really a healthy option. We arrived at 5PM.. it wasn't busy.. 1 table finishing up, 1 other table and ours. Placed drink order.. watched it sit on a tray at the bar for 15 minutes before we finally asked for them and they brought them- still missing 1.. waited another 20 minutes for that one when my friend finally just walked up to the lady behind the bar and asked her for it herself. Food came out an hour and 20 min later for some burgers and fries and soggy chicken strips (fries were missing for one of the burgers - bacon missing on 2 of the other burgers) Service is horrible. I can only imagine what it would be if they were actually busy. Definitely not worth...

Make is very short. I love the place been in over 8 times. Avg check 75 to 95. Come with family and a couple guys regularly Food is spectacular, love menu the cook in kitchen is good. I have had multiple servers. Theyare not the nicest, and horribly disorganized. I can never find them always have to pursue my drinks, or condiments..Take out with the service staff is not fun either. I met the 2 owners. Love them. Actually 2 servers Tristan and Jill. Where “regulars” are made. Even though there is a bar it’s very kid friendly. Laid back atmosphere, friendly staff, friendly customers, big tv’s to watch, music available to play, delicious food and drink prices aren’t over-the-top expensive.
