St Cloud Book Shop — Local services in St. Cloud

I went to this store to return a gift I had received because I already had the statue that I was given. I asked them if I could return it for an in store credit. The lady with the long gray hair said why don’t you just give it away at a bazaar or as a gift. I told her who I had received it from and asked if she could look it up. Instead of asking me, she just applied the credit to their credit card and didn’t give me an in store credit. She said oh I thought they might’ve paid cash for it, but they didn’t. She said oh I’ll just tell them that you didn’t want the gift (which was a lie, because I didn’t tell her that). So I left with nothing and she didn’t give me an in store credit. I was very disappointed they didn’t give me an in store credit and they don’t have good customer service, so I won’t be returning...

I placed a small order of prayer cards and I was notified that it was shipped timely... But it never arrived. Pete apologized in an email and replaced the shipment with a new mailing. The first one was then sent back to St. Cloud as ‘undeliverable’..

Pete informed me via another email and asked me to verify the address. I realized I had given St. Cloud an incorrect address. Pete mailed the order a third time and it arrived today!!!

Great service, especially with a $5...

This was my first opportunity to order from St Cloud Bookstore after finding them on an online search. Their price was very competitive with others, the service was outstanding and delivery was very prompt. There's little question in my mind that St Cloud will be a go-to supplier of church needs for me in the future. Don't be afraid to take a look...they feature many top brands and obviously strive for...
