Read moreWent in with my husband an mother in law today, we ordered the taco salad, tacos and a burger. We got caso dio which I don't recommend because it's not made fresh it's made the night before an heated up the morning of service it was very very thick with a gross film over it also it tasted like mold. The taco salad was clearly old it was very cold through an through my husnand asked to have it warmed up and it only got heated up a little bit because it was still cold, he didnt eat it because it tasted like old meat and the tomatoes an lettace was brown. The tacos were overly salty, bad taist and cold she said she "wouldn't even feed it to My dog". My burger way over cooked and dry and the lettuce wasn't close to par only one small dark green piece that didn't cover my burger I was very disappointed. The waitress was really catty and rude. I requested management and she never came. We complained numerous times and didn't get satisfied at all. I told staff we were not paying for my husband's taco salad and my mother in-laws tacos so we paid 21.89$ for my burger and three sodas. Outrageously horrible. I'd stay away. This is coming from a really un picky family. We were not treated right away and the place was empty odvoiously for good reason. Also the lady next to us refused to eat her meal as well I heard her say "ishh this is so discusting" I noticed she paid 15$ for 2 tamolies and a coke. She was told she had to pay even though she only took 2 bites She was on the phone saying she'll never come back again. Another small family just left they're food after tasting it, that whole family was disgusted as well they said as they walked out. If we could give it less than one star we'd give this place - 12. We've eaten here before and were very disgusted but thought we'd give it another try but...
Read moreHonestly would not say this is Mexican food at all. Everything was so bland and tasteless. Personally I would not recommend this place to anybody. The only good thing I have to say is our waitress was great.
I can also say the rice was the worst I've ever tasted in my life. Not only was it bland but it was so tough to eat. My daughter and I could only have two scoops of it before we had to quit. I ordered the tacos in the shell was so gross. I actually had to quit eating it. My daughter ordered the carne asada and the only thing she could eat was the steak. Our son ordered a kids burger which he said was not bad but he wasn't a fan of the fries at all. My best friend got an enchilada, tamale, taco plate and he could not eat the taco like me. He also thought the rice was so bland and he was shocked to think that it was an actual tamale.
Our server was great. We had no problem with her whatsoever. More than helpful and kind and honestly was the only great thing about the whole experience. The only reason why we came to this restaurant is because it was so close to the venue we were at. Personally, I would not recommend this place to anybody nor would I ever go back to eat there. The price was ridiculous for the amount of food and the taste of the food ($79.40 total without tip).
The atmosphere was not bad at all. Definitely tell that they went with the Mexican theme. Plenty of seating when we went. Did not have to wait long to be seated. The only place I did not see was the bathroom. The last thing that I would like to say that was good about the place Is it was handicap accessible. We did not have any problems getting the wheelchair around and we got seating at a table almost immediately even with having...
