This place is amazing.

I've always gravitated towards the Indian Buffet places, during buffet hours, not just because I like Indian Food, but because I like trying a variety of things, and I can't always remember what something was based on the words, so I like to see the dishes in front of me. That said, this is not one of those places.

This is top notch Indian fare. I'd stopped in here twice for "Bombay East & Tonics" before the incredible aroma coming from the kitchen wore on me, and I had to try their food. As I said in the initial paragraph, with Indian, I've always wanted to see it first, without that being an option though I allowed myself to read the menu and make a decision based on that information. I didn't go wrong, but I doubt such would even be possible here. Everything was awesome.

From the "East & Tonics", to the Garlic Naan, to the Paneer Pakora, to the Chana Masala (I order it as spicy as they were comfortable making it for me) everything was simply incredible. Also, if you want Gluten-free, Vegan, or Vegetarian I seem to remember those options all being available on their normal menu, you don't get a "Special Needs" menu handed to you, or some dusty ring-binder full of old photocopies detailing Gluten-free options, you use the same menu as everybody else.

04/25/2025 - I got the Chicken Balti & Garlic Naan. I also brought in my grandpa, and I don't recall exactly what he got. Regardless It was excellent, to say the least. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served at an excellent time! Our server was splendid, super attentive, sweet, helpful all you could ask for. (I didn't ask, but it seemed to be possibly family owned), but the manager/bartender/possible father was also around to check in and see if we needed anything and to see how things tasted. I also saw a possible chef/mom pop out of the kitchen, which I love to see (being a bit of a chef myself) because she was checking in on things as well! There is nothing better than the cook making sure things turn out! The atmosphere was great, with nice background music, unique art, decor, and a clean space. The prices were typical, I'm happy to pay what it is for the amazing experience! 100% recommended and will definitely be back to fill...

I recently went with a friend. Our food was good but a little pricey. The service was fast but our waiter wasn't the greatest (bearded dude with glasses). He needs to learn to be more forthcoming and less condescending. I can't speak for the rest of the staff. And finally here is my biggest problem: GET RID OF OF THE CHEAP UN-PITTED OLIVES! I ordered a martini (was bland, over mixed) with olives and after finishing the the drink naturally went for the olives. I was not told they had pits in them!? I bit down hard on a friggin pit?! I could have busted a tooth! These are $8 drinks-go to walmart and spend $4 for a jar of good olives! Or at the least warn people!!! Taj never came to our table (there were maybe a handful of people). Had he I may not have had to write this. Not the greatest but not as bad as Spicy Crab and Craw was....Not ruling out going back at least for the food but it's definitely not a must have. That honor belongs to...
