I have a short version and a long version that explains everything for anyone who is interested.
Short Version -
My PC became an overweight and expensive paper weight after a windows update. So immediately after the problem occurred I called the windows tech support for help. Just about two weeks later I gave up hope for the tech support. So I went to Easy IT Guys to have them hopefully fix it. And they did! After a $30.00^ PC check up (which I was more than welcome to have done) they also determined that the windows operating system was bad. So they fixed it. $79.99^ later I got back my PC without any of its original files (99.99% of my files and programs were lost). AKA i got back a wiped computer. It works great now, so I guess I cant complain too much.
The prices weren't the whole reason for the 3/5 stars. The fact that they lost so many of my irreplaceable files are what makes it 3 stars. I would go back to them though if I came across another problem.
Long Version -
A windows update had made my nice desktop computer a heavy and expensive paper weight. I couldn't do anything with it, not even use its calendar. So after just about 2 weeks I finally gave up on trying to have windows tech support try to help me as they just kept on saying, "just give it another 48 hours (for them to come up with a solution)" day after day. I finally brought the computer to EasyITGuys who started off running a diagnostic of the computer to find out what was wrong which ran $30. However, they checked the software and hardware (I think). Which was fine, having it looked over wasn't to bad. Surprise Surprise though, they found out that windows wasn't working right. So they asked me during some questions what I wanted them to do with it. I wanted them to make it work again, a large and expensive paper weight isn't ideal for writing essays or completing other online work. So after about 3 days they finished with my PC. They had backed up my personal files leaving out a large portion of other programs that I had on there like Microsoft Office, some programming apps, and a few miscellaneous ones (they would have charged to put these programs back on). Again that was fine, I needed to clean up my PC anyways. Then they reinstalled Windows. After that, they brought back my backed up data (supposedly). However, when I came back to pick up my PC and was looking over my PC with an employee there was something off. None of my files were loaded back on. So after some searching and some questions asked to another fellow employee, we found out they hadn't been moved back yet. So after a few minutes they had moved back all my backed up files. I was genuinely surprised to find out that only three word documents had made it. Apparently, the other 2 and half years of college work/assignments and other personal files were to corrupt to be transferred (the first time I had heard of this issue). So we looked at the three word docs. One was corrupted as it looked like somebody typed a long one word sentence by smashing at the key board (we just deleted this one). Another one was the first 3-4 sentences of a story I wrote back in grade school (also deleted as it was then useless). The last was a fully functional writing assignment from college(also deleted as there was no point in keeping it without other work from the same assignment). So all in all, the whole deal to fix my computer was going to be $179.99^ made in two payments 79.99^ at the start and the rest upon completion (This doesn't include the $30.00^ spent to diagnose my PC. Again though, this was okay for me, as a checkup never hurt anyone). This price included the wiping of the old windows and installation of the new windows and the "backing up of my files". However, they did take off $100 because their backup of my files did practically nothing. (Maybe it cost $100 for the backup or something. Not sure). So in the end I ended up with just paying the initial $79.99^ to have them wipe my computer and reinstall windows.
Reasons for 3/5 stars are the same as above.

My wife and I brought her laptop to easy IT guys on a Wednesday because we had a hard drive issue. The computer stated no hard drive found and we could hear the hard drive grinding but their salesman said they would have to diagnose it to figure out the problem, which cost us $50. He assured us that the $50 fee would allow them to figure out the exact problem so they could get it fixed as soon as possible so we agreed. My wife is in an online masters program and she needed this computer back the following Wednesday in order to download school software for a class that day. The salesman said that shouldn’t be a problem they should have it done by Saturday if not then on Monday. So just as we figured they called us on Thursday and said our hard drive was bad and they had one in stock that they could install so we gave them the permission to go ahead and fix the computer. Then they called us back on Friday and said they needed to order a hard drive cord to plug it in so we agreed to have that installed. The following Monday we received an email that said they had Placed an order for the hard drive cord so we called them to find out what was going on. On the phone call they said that cord was bad so they had to order one and it would be in on Wednesday, the day we need our computer back. We asked them wasn’t this supposed to be part of the diagnostics so you could order the parts so it could be fixed on time and they couldn’t tell us why the parts never got ordered the prior week. They offered us no other solutions, no discount on our invoice and we were forced to go buy a brand new computer for my wife to start school. The only thing they offered us was to buy an extended service package which would’ve cost us more money and still no computer. I would say Easy IT Guys are unreliable, have poor communication and horrible...
