HORRIBLE experience. On May 21, 2024 , I went to the store and ordered AND PAID for my Bridal Bouquet for both my bridals (219.90) and my wedding ($522.26) bouquets . I ordered REAL peonies and REAL roses with no disclosure that any florals may be out of season. July roles around and I pick up my bouquet for my bridals. It was perfect. A few weeks later , I get a call from the store stating that the Peonies I requested are not in season and I will have to use fake ones, which may also cost more. This was never brought up to me when I first ordered. If it was , I would have ordered ONE bouquet , with fake flowers , and used for both my bridals and wedding day (saving me $219.90) The store states they can find real peonies for me and make both a real bouquet and a fake one for me to chose. I agree. The day before my wedding, I call the store and they ensure me that my bouquet is being made by the EXACT person who made my bridal bouquet. Well My wedding day rolls around and my Maid of Honor goes to pick up my bouquet, she facetimes me and they are made incorrectly. I explain to them how they’re supposed to be arranged in a sphere (exactly how my bridal bouquet was) The lady was VERY rude and tells us it will take a while and we have to wait for them to fix it. Well its the day of my wedding and my maid of honor still has to get hair and makeup done. After going back and forth they finally agreed to deliver it to my house. When it was delivered, the ribbon was the incorrect color (I couldn’t tell from facetime) and they wrapped the ribbon like a cast on a broken foot , with the bottom completely enclosed. So here I was, already a stressed out bride, undoing my bouquet that I paid $522.26 and rewrapping it, with different ribbon. Not to mention the flowers weren’t exactly in a sphere but I was over it. The only helpful person at this store was Philip. Everyone else was rude and gave me the RUN AROUND. Will NOT be ordering from...

My husband, Walter Carline, ordered for me for Valentines on SATURDAY. The order never showed up to my work and when he spoke with them their excuse was their driver was busy with deliveries and they deliver until 8 they could bring it to our home. - defeats the purpose of surprising me at work. So he declined and said he wanted a refund. The lady on the phone was Super rude when he called to get a refund and was hung up on after he thanked her for the refund….find out today THEY WERE AT MY WORK and delivered to someone else and that they have been to my place of work multiple times!!! So disappointed all around.

So again - if others were delivered to, there should have been no reason this delivery wasn’t made and he requested the refund bc it was after the fact at that point as he stated and the lady who refunded him was very rude and hung up on him. It’s not even about the delivery at this point. He called back yesterday and when confronted with the fact they were at my work and didn’t make his delivery, there was zero explanation. Truly disappointing.

And again to you other response- no that’s the problem it was NOT delivered with the other customers at my place of work. Don’t worry, you won’t have our business again and I will have my husband make sure today his money has...

Before I walked through the front door, I had NO idea as to the wonders that I would behold! Fall and Christmas items were set up in dazzling displays to announce the arrival of the holiday season! EVERYTHING I saw would make an excellent gift for yourself, your spouse, your friends, family, even co-workers if you like them enough! There were home accessories, decor, and furniture to suit EVERYONE'S taste - from traditional all the way to the whimsical!

The staff at Billy Heroman's (Perkins location by the fire department) was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They ensured that my visit was fun, productive, and memorable! Kudos to Billy Heroman's on putting together such a GREAT team!
