DO NOT order from this location. Will spare all the nasty details, but in summary, placed a mobile order for two simple subs and it was a good thing I arrived early to watch the food get made. What was not good was observing the worker consistently coughing and sneezing as she was preparing the food. It was so gross and she was clearly ill and should NOT have been working around food. What’s worse is I had to stop and ask why no turkey was placed on one sub as the worker was bagging it up. She then proceeded to argue with me and stated that the receipt “didn’t say Turkey”. The other worker had to explain to her that I had ordered a “Titan Turkey” and therefore she should have included turkey. Then, instead of remaking the sub, the turkey was dropped on top of all of the veggies, pressed together and replaced in a bag. So had I not arrived early to witness the stupidity, would have enjoyed a sandwich full of veggies and bread. The whole situation was pathetic, disgusting, and a total waste of time and money. Understanding it may be difficult to find competent staff, perhaps the owner should be IN THE STORE and take responsibility for upholding the brand standards until such time that competent staff can be trained. Despite this, we placed our order due to our fatigue and hunger. The employee behind the counter was slow, uncooperative, and placed a metal barrier over the meats, obstructing my view. Read moreDunno when the 4 star people went, but... not the best Subway I’ve been to by any stretch. Newer employees seem to have little training to watch for new customers coming in, or making decent quality sandwiches and just performing things in the right order.. always out of either sweetener or lids.. soap dispenser was empty in the men’s bathroom. If you’re in the area sure, but if you can go somewhere else there’s better quality Subways.
Edit: I went again July 2019 as it’s close to my work and the service is even worse- employees don’t listen to how you want your sandwich, and worse than that they don’t seem to care. Avoid this one...
