The woman who answered the phone was really rude. I called in because i'm just looking for a couple of jewelry items. Before I even got to ask if they had the traditional navajo silver and turquoise jewelry, she essentially just screamed at me that she had customers and couldn't deal with me. You know what sunshine, I'm not going to drive to your store and give you money if you just scream at me instead of saying , what do you need, Listening to the customer, And then if you don't have time to handle that say i'm gonna write down your number and call you right back while I look that up. Typical Chicago rudeness. I'll give my money to Etsy. Want to know why the internet is ruling over small stores like this.Just look at the attitude you get when you calling as a walk...

Lisa's shop is just magical. My mom and I love to shop here together, and it's a favorite go-to for special gifts. The authentic Native American pieces in her shop are STUNNING. They are beautiful, cherished items that will be heirlooms in your family. Little Bear is quite a unique store. They have Native American jewelry, blankets, moccasins, etc. They also have purses and wallets made by American West which are guaranteed for the life of the purse or wallet (other than wear and tear). I've been carrying mine for 3 years and its still perfect other than wear and tear. My purse and wallet both have turquoise inlays that are beautiful! I've only bought 2 purses from there. The 1st one lasted me approximately 8 years before I got a different one. I'm not one to change my purse like a lot of women are (one of my friends is annoyed by that).
