BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in St. John

Updating my original review: I have been visiting this Biggby pretty regularly as I get coupons nearly every week. The drinks here are very good with a huge variety of flavors, there is never any wait, and they move very fast. I have tried several types of coffee and tea and they have all been great and my daughter tried a creme freeze and liked it. The original review I left got responded to by the store saying they do sell cold brew - they were just out that day. The staff should've told me they were out versus we don't have it - those are not the same thing to me. Good coffee place overall and I'm glad I started coming.

I had received a coupon in their app for 50% off a St Patrick's Day drink. I had never been to Biggby before so I looked at their menu beforehand. Drove out there to find out they do not sell cold brew despite is being prominently all over the online menu for that location. Was disappointed. But I got something else and it was good. Every time I go here(at least 4 times a week) the employees and owner are so sweet and helpful! They are so welcoming and always help me with new drink ideas. My husband and I are BIG fans of their frozen blasts and mocktails! They have a huge variety of drink options so anyone can find a drink they’ll love. Everyone that is complaining about the service in the past was most likely because they were just opening. It is absolutely a great and tasty experience every time for me. If you’ve had a bad experience before I’d say give them another shot. Wednesday’s are BOGO so that would be the day to try it again. My husband and I will definitely keep going here. The owners (husband/wife) are amazing people. They are very caring and will do a lot to make your experience great and will fix whatever they can within reason. I came here on 5/3/23 for the $1.99 any size drink deal, and I was charged $27.13 for THREE DRINKS. I was not told the total until the cashier had already swiped my card. When I asked why it was so high, he got rude and claimed that it was supposed to be like that. The only other thing I ordered was the ham and cheese bagel so there was no way I should have been charged almost $30. The guy at the register finally listened to me when I asked for an itemized receipt. I was still charged the $27.13 to my card and he asked me to pay another $13.87 since he had supposedly voided it.
