7-Eleven — Local services in St. Louis

Wow, shocked but not surprised…after reading these reviews I find it disgusting so many others have shared my awful experience at this dump. By fthe worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to as a St. Louisan. “Store attendant” with extrlanguage barrier (you’ll need to bend you head under the plexiglass to communicate with this guy) overcharged me well over $20 while he was talking on the phone. I paid via debit card like a regular person so now the refund will take 3-5 business days. When I say broken English at best, I’m being polite. I could not understand much of the rambling from the employee so no real explanation as to why I was overcharged, just a delayed refund. Avoid, the employees at this dump of a gas station have zero regard for customer service, professionalism and timely service. The idiot had to call his boss and take a picture of the POS to issue a refund which cost me more time on top of the slow service and overcharge inconvenience. Neither of the employees had a face mask on. The clerk asked me if I needed anything else with my order and I told her “yes, I wish you had a mask on”. She told me that the plexiglass was protecting her. What a selfish individual. She touches everything we buy, to scan. Clueless. Irresponsible. Arrogant. tried getting gas here and there was a sign stating that you could only get unleaded gas on the pump that we chose the other two wasn't working. The pump only gave out $0.82 worth of gas. the attendant tried to argue that we pumped $10.00 worth of gas, though the pump only showed the $0.82. Another person had the same issue with the other pump that said you could could only get unleaded gas at this pump. So watch out at...
