I've visited this barbershop a few times. I got my haircut before by each barber. One barber I wasn't to impress by, but the other two barbers did a good job on my cut. But the unprofessionalism is real. They are not welcoming and will ignore you for hours. My con is that one barber books by appointments and twice when I've booked an appointment he let someone else go before my scheduled time and also pushed my time back 30 to almost 40 minutes due to a shorten of staff. Showed up at 9am (opening time) on a thursday, and they weren't open. Waited 15 minutes....still wasn't open. Good barbers, but be prepared to wait longer than usual or over looked. They have 6 barbers cutting but they take forever and are not efficient. They can have 15 people waiting for haircuts but barbers will take breaks in the middle of a rush. Also, people will walk in and hop right in a chair, I'm assuming these are appointments. I took my nephew here today before his picture day because every haircut he's gotten from Great Clips has chopped up his ears really bad and I wanted a true barber to give him a clean fade. L was awesome the entire time, took all of my nephew's ideas and input into consideration even though we didn't have anything specific to guide him as an example, and he did an amazing job.
