Miami Grill — Restaurant in St. Louis

One fateful afternoon, I found myself in quite the pickle. The lovely old ladies I had just outsmarted in a thrilling game of mahjong didn't take too kindly to their defeat. They left me stranded at the table while I was in the loo, thinking I could just saunter on home. Oh, how wrong I was. The blazing sun and impending storm had other plans, leaving me to call in a favor from a friend who was conveniently on his way back from daycare pickup.

As we cruised along, discussing dinner plans, my friend's pint-sized companion chimed in with a loud declaration of "chicken nuggets!" My companion surprisingly agreed, and before I knew it, we were pulling up to Miami Grill – formerly known as a Chinese joint, now transformed into a fried food mecca.

The sight of all those hungry customers eagerly awaiting their orders was a good sign. I couldn't resist the temptation of the menu's deep-fried delights, so I also roped in my roommate for an epic feast. She went for the chicken tenders and fried shrimp, while I opted for the t-bone steak and a shareable plate of toasted ravioli. And of course, the young nugget enthusiast got his heart's desire.

After a brief wait and a satisfying meal, I collapsed into a food-induced coma and didn't stir until the break of dawn. Miami Grill had worked its magic on me, leaving me yearning for a repeat visit. Who knows, maybe next time I'll join the chicken...

If you like your chicken undercooked this is the place to go. I got back to my hotel to eat and my wings were not only tiny like a baby chicken but they were also undercooked. I immediately called and was told they could fix more. It was 9:30 p.m and i had an early appt the next morning for my son and asked if a refund was possible. I was told the manager would have to call me the next day about that. I also told the employee that I wasn't from there and would be leaving around noon the next day. I waited until after noon the next day to call and was told the manager would be in at 4:00 p.m. When i called back at 5:00 p.m, I was told i could only get a cash refund and by this time i was already 200 miles away. So not only did they get $32.00 from me for 10 undercooked baby wings, fries and two drinks, I was sick, and my son and I went to bed hungry. I usually do not write reviews but today I'm kind of upset. I ordered some chicken over the phone never had been here before I was told one price when I got there it was a different price because I was using my debit card. I explained to the lady someone should have told me this over the phone she turns around and points to a debit card price posted and I told her I've never been here before and I called in my order so how was I supposed to know that there was a 3% charge on a debit card. Everyone doesn't carry cash anymore. So when you visit this place and you using your card know that there is a 3% charge for using your debit card. I'll call this poor customer service when you don't inform your customers over the phone of a charge for using...
