ful. — Restaurant in St. Louis

I generally love Ful, or 90% of the meals at least. They are huge, though. I wish smaller portions were also offered. That said, I've had troubles with pickups at the North City kitchen location multiple times. The hours of North Side Provisions are not consistent (10-1 or 10-12?), but even if I go at a guaranteed time, they are sometimes closed with no sign, just a locked door. This leaves me wondering how to get the food order and they are closed on Mondays.

If you are picking up food at one of the gyms, it's probably fine, but the kitchen is just hit and miss, which can be so annoying.

I also would like some salads, more breakfast options like pancakes, healthy donuts, and taco type things. Either way, the food is good (skip the pasta one...) If you can easily pick it up.

These meals have made a huge difference for me. Ive been traveling a lot his year so it’s been hard to do at home meal prepping. I had tried Fit Flavors and some other pre-made meal services and I felt like the meals went bad before the end of the week. These meals have more flavor than any other meal service I tried and was better than anything I was making anyway! It’s super easy to cancel a weeks order online if Im going to be out of town on the pick up day and there are tons of locations to pick them up. Ken is great too and I’d so much rather support a local company where I can pick up the meals than use a national company where they ship frozen meals. The lady that runs the Old North Provisions is very nice she let me in even though the store hadn't opened yet and told me all about the store. I'm into health so i love to find new stores or restaurants that are health conscious. They also have a assortment of plants along with the frozen food, prepared food, fresh food and a lot more. Stop by and check it out i know i will be going back not just for food I'm big on plants as well and they take EBT, credit cards, cash...
