New Edit: 5/10/2025: lost me as a customer, and I've been a patient here since the beginning. Yesterday I placed an online order, my total at checkout online was $157, on arrival for pick-up of meds I was charged $162. I asked the budtender why, and received no help. So with this location selling popcorn as top shelf deli buds and the bait and switch of prices, Ill never return again.

New edit: 12/26/2024. bought .25 of top shelf deli that was popcorn. I'm not sure why this is standard operating procedure presently. This isn't a customer service issue, this is a management issue. Budtenders are great. New edit: 12/15/24. This location continues to sell popcorn buds as top shelf. Trop Cherry specifically. Buyer beware.

New edit: received a jar of popcorn. Paid for premium. Sad.

New edit, as I use this dispensary weekly. Prices are higher than Kind goods, so I have been spending my flower money at that dispensary. Need a decent out the door Oz price on popcorn. $200 Oz popcorn is way too much. Point system/rewards are pretty weak. I always use the savings to tip the budtender. Staff is super. Always helpful. Last thing. Why is there not an express pickup for those that pre order? It's tough having to wait extended periods of time in the waiting room behind people that have not pre ordered. Time=$. If there's a long line in the waiting room when I arrive, I sadly can't wait 30 minutes plus on a pre-order. So I leave with the order unfulfilled.

Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.

Solid weed. Best Sativas in town most of the time. Great people in front and back. Edit: staff changed during name change. Customer service is less than what it was before. Also, Blue Sage as a name instead of high point? ...

I recently had an experience at this dispensary that left me both impressed and slightly frustrated. Initially, locating the dispensary was a bit of a challenge as they had recently changed their name, and this crucial information wasn't mentioned anywhere on their website when I was placing a pickup order. It took some extra effort and time to finally find them.

However, once I arrived, the experience drastically improved. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made up for the initial confusion. They were patient with my questions and provided excellent recommendations based on my preferences.

Despite the minor hiccup in finding the location, my overall experience was great. The quality of the products was top-notch, and the atmosphere inside the dispensary was welcoming. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be for the dispensary to update their online platforms promptly to reflect any changes like a name change.

Additionally, if they ever need assistance with project management to streamline processes like name changes and communication updates, I would be more than willing to offer my help. With a few tweaks, this dispensary has the potential to provide an even smoother and more seamless experience for its customers. Overall, I left with a positive impression and will definitely...

I would like to start by saying I have been enjoying the holiday deals, reward system, and vivid flower here I think it’s all awesome. Today I called and asked which strain was the 25 dollar eighth deal today for vivid flower and was told it was Mac and cheese. I was so excited, this is my absolute #1 favorite strain and have been a bit tight on money so I haven’t been able to afford it recently. I also live a bit further away from most dispensaries but I am happy to make the drive to support what I think has been the best dispensary in the greater St. Louis area.

Unfortunately, when I drove down they told me the 1/8 on sale was compound z, but said mac and cheese was on sale the day before and tomorrow so I should just come back tomorrow. I asked if there was any way they could make an exception, because I live further and had been misinformed, but was told the rules are very strict and I would have no other options. I don’t know if the person I was talking to was a manager or shift lead but they didn’t ask anybody which I think would have felt better if that had happened.

As a medical patient on a budget it’s really frustrating to spend five bucks on gas, after I specifically called ahead, and for my budtender to not show much empathy or ask anybody to make an exception for...

Now I love going to Blue Sage, they have great deals and usually have good customer service. I always love going there before work because they are right up the street and open early enough for me to still be at work on time. Especially with the 20% happy hour discount. But this is now the Second time I have gone in between 9:30-10, and I didn’t receive the Discount. I dont notice until I leave, I get that it is about to be over. But, when I checked in the Front, the receptionist even said “It’s still Happy Hour, you’ll get your discount”. My receipt clearly says 9:46, no discount. I am not sure who my tender was, but there were at register number 88565 at 9:46 on November 17th. Also forgot to ask about my punch card, which I forgot about to. But hopefully they can do something about this. I would this a Budtender would be aware if discounts and specials, as that is their whole job.

Let me first say…I used to shop here 1-2 times a week before Blue Sage took over, I rarely shop here bc it’s alway something, bad service, prices jacked up, lack of inventory, payment system down all the time and this strange thought that deli flower should be more expensive then packaged, deli flower is always dry. This time I bought a few 1 grams to try some new vivid strains to me. Some are labeled “hybrid” where the strain name goes, so I have no clue which strain is what on those ones. And one gram was basically stems and sugar leaves….like you can give a better product? Very disappointed going back to avoiding them again and try back in another 6 months. Good luck you are a shell of what Hi-Pointe used to be.

EDIT: The GM contacted me and resolved the problem, thanks so much to Chad at Blue Sage! I have been a long time customer of this dispensary. I spend $1000+ at this store. After today they have lost my service, which I’m sure they don’t mind. I placed an online order on Saturday for BuoyanBob Black Ice popcorn nugs. I gave my budtender a tip because I always appreciate them. Later I got home to see I was given an ounce of almost pure shake. I’ve contacted admin, sent messages on Instagram and I went in today to get an in person response and was told they don’t do exchanges or returns. I feel very let down by this business. We will be looking into this because this is theft.
