This particular location is able to keep up with their orders pretty well I was able to get an order and a little under 10 minutes. And it looks like they've been at least trying to improve their interior a little although the walls could still use a Fresh coat of paint and dust could still be removed from a few places. The doors definitely need to be redone Rehan. Other than that as far as food goes I can't really say because I've always picked up for friends and family at this location I haven't actually eaten anything from this location myself I have however had it from the Northside of St Louis where there is another location.

I will add to this review that my one big complaint is that they do not yet at least that I did not see. They do not have a functional online ordering system yet. Online ordering is not very complex to Institute and can be done without much to any technical knowledge and I've seen many other restaurants very successfully turn it on in cooperation sometimes with a third party. When we tried calling in the phone went directly to fax. And this was the official number listed by Google online for this restaurant location. It was also the number we had saved for this location. So at the very least if they're going to mess up their phone systems they should have an online ordering system up and running. And I can tell you from experience with a Chinese shop that's a little closer to home they have a really basic third party system up and running and it runs great and I think they probably seen their business only multiply through it in fact I recommend everybody to place their orders online before coming it just helps to keep everything organized and it makes ordering so...

I came here for two reasons. First of all I used to eat at their Bridgton location. They had a lunch buffet many many moons ago for $5.95. It was the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. The second reason is to not only compare places but to review this restaurant. I walked in on a Friday around 2pm. They were somewhat busy. There was 2 cashiers, a very cheerful, polite, and young Chinese girl who greeted me very enthusiastic. The second one was an older Chinese lady that was rude as hell. Luck of the draw unfortunately had me ordering from her. This probably would have been a 4 maybe even 5 star review if it wasn't for her straight up hating on me for no reason. I ordered the small special lo mein and the beef and broccoli lunch special which cost $25. She came up with this figure after numerous times adding both dishes up on a calculator, then scratching the numbers out, then finally said $25. With the specials for $3.95 extra you can make the dish a combo. I asked her what was the combo for $3.95? She replied, "can't you read!" I looked over the menu again above the cashiers and for the life of me couldn't find no where on the board explaining the combo. Finally, she rattled off something that I barely understood. I think she said white rice, soup and a drink, but I'm not positive about that. Anyway, the food was good the customer service was beyond terrible. Very very rude! I'll probably go back and try it again. Hopefully, I'll get the cheerful young Chinese girl and not the old...

I've never been here before, but I did check the website before going which literally shows a menu and hours lolbvs...nowhere on there does it say CASH ONLY! So once I got to the counter and ordered a 1/2 order of special egg foo young(no pork,Xtra onion) and gravy on the side, at the point I pulled my debit card out the lady said, "its cash only and there's an atm right over there"! So what I thought was gonna be a simple transaction, turned into me paying more than what I planned bc I was forced to use the atm (which charges $2.50 and only $20 increments and didn't have receipt paper)-my food was $10.46 and after the transaction, I was verbally given number 86! As I waited for my food, a man walked in and up to the counter: Him- umm did you call my number while I was outside Her- what was your number Him-i can't remember what you said it was(and he had to tell the order instead) *The number thing is pointless if you don't have physical ones, especially if someone has a bad memory...Anyway, I'll be back for the food and prepared w/cash in hand bc the food was...

Two Words: Hidden Gem. Yes this place is a little old, it’s a little rundown, it’s a hole in the wall, it’s workers are old. But there’s nothing old about it’s quality. This isn’t your fine-dining experience. But if you want the best food for its price, THIS IS IT. I’ve tried many items on the menu and has not been disappointed once… They don’t force you to tip, you never have to wait too long even during rush hours, the front ladies are always nice and efficient, the portions are extremely generous….. This is one of those places where I’d walk away guilty without tipping because I feel like I ripped them off paying so cheaply for such quality/quantity food. The Pho alone deserve to have its own restaurant because how good it was, and guess how much it costed me? 12$, are you kidding me?!? You can’t even buy a sandwich today for 12$ , let alone an extremely authentic and flavorful bowl of Pho. This is one of those places when the chefs retire, you will never see another place like this again. Treasure it while it lasts.
