Took my Mother to eat for her Birthday and regret it. One star is too kind. DO NOT GO TO EAT HERE! We were told there was a 15-20min wait so we sat the bar. The manager/ bartender Ada didn't greet us nor take our drink order for 15mins. To make matters worst 2 guys that walked in after us sat at the bar and were served first! They were pumping out to go orders like crazy while we waited another 10-15mins to be seated. Our server Miss Ke was awesome. She took our order quickly. We were told food would be about 12mins. It took 25mins. A group of 12 walked in and instantly we seated and there drinks were drop within 5 mins. I was 😡. To make this worst they rolled a trash can next to our table and left it there I was appalled. The menu stated king crab was $55 it was actually $65. 2 legs!!! I asked for a manager and was told there is not one on duty only to ask someone else and it was the bartender Ada. She refused to comp the wine, didn't apologize for the unprofessional behavior, and claimed they had a reservation which was a lie. Oh tax was 18.00, automatic gratuity was added of 18.00 & bill was 205.00....
Read moreYou know I LOOOVVEEEE me some seafood, so the hubby decided this was the perfect pre-game dinner before Royal RUMBLE! Walked in and it wasn't that busy, but you can tell they weren't prepared for crowds of patrons(especially with WWE and The blues game goin on)bc i saw 1host, server and bartender...we were greeted by a nice young lady who asked if we wanted a booth or table, then given a drink menu as well as food menu. Can I just say, Carrington(our server) was PHENOMENAL! Watching this man LITERALLY serve the whole room(there was a family of like 12 and like 3other tables of couples)and not panic, get frustrated and STILL deliver superb customer service-you my friend are awesome! Idk the bartenders name but yall know I gotta have my Mules-threw me off it didn't come in the typical gold mug, but it was soooo good and strong too! I'll definitely visit again especially bc the prices weren't bad-only thing I'd comment on is the "juicy" seasoning, it was a lil too watery for me but it tasted...
Read moreWhy a rating of 3? The atmosphere and customer service were excellent, and I appreciated the carry-out bag they provided. The food was well-cooked, with the crab perfectly done. They used plenty of spices but limited salt. However, I have three concerns regarding the crab in the bag. It tasted and looked like a butter substitute. I typically buy Grade A butter and use less margarine, so I can definitely tell the difference. We requested real butter from the waiter, as this was the first crab-in-a-bag restaurant I’ve encountered that used a butter substitute while trying to pass it off as real butter—it didn’t even resemble butter. While the crab tasted fresh and was delicious, the Polish sausage was of poor quality. A bit more salt and the use of real Grade A butter could easily elevate their rating to 4.5. On a positive note, the restaurant's decor...
