Europe Night Club — Restaurant in St. Louis

As much as I love dancing with my girls at THIS club, I was truly let down this past weekend. I had planned a Bachelorette party and had requested the VIP lounge in advanced. I was told that we would have no fees, no purchase required, no cover charge and that we would be on a list. Nobody told the manager that night and she argued with me about it saying that we have to pay cover charge and $175 for bottle service which I didn't have that money on hand. She ended up calling the owner with me to confirm this. Yes, they refunded the cover charge and gave us one round of free shots, but VIP reservations end at 11pm, 30 minutes after we showed up- leaving our stuff open for the taking and strangers in my girls faces. Not only that I take pride in planning events (aspiring event coordinator) and nobody wants to talk about the good parts of the party, just this whole fiasco that was very u necessary because I gave them plenty of notice and even reminded them through email (they replied) a week before the party.

In addition, one of my girls felt harassed by a body guard that kept questioning her. She says that he came over twice asking what she had grabbed, as if she was stealing. She also said that while she was at the bar he came up to her and told her to stop leaning on the bar.

I will still probably come back, but may never have a party or group come here like this....

I absolutely wish I could give less than 1 star. We were asked to leave due to my wife . She was asked to put on more clothing. This was as all the 18+ teens to barely old enough to drink kids were there during Halloween. Sorry it wasn't what crowd you were wanting. Would be happy to show the video to how everyone was dressed. Trust me the bar tenders was cool as hell it was literally 1 bouncer. But I will never let one person ruin my night. My bar tender made our bill in cash tips. We paid for everyone that came out for their food and recruited. Be safe and make sure who you want to spend your money with. Even though a great atmosphere. Anyone that wants to have an employee like that after I offered to see what it took to get upstairs. Needs to check their employees. And when the own sees this. Ask the door man because he was cool as hell. Ask the gal you had running payment for door. And ask the only Black Guy at bar to see if someone complained. Good luck keeping a good business going. Me and a few friends went last night and the vibe of this club was definitely there. I want to say tho that once I started ordering my drinks the bar tender needed my debit card so of course I gave it to him but as I got my drinks I asked him where my card was he said that he was gunna keep it back there behind the bar. Now I have been to multiple clubs in my life and never have I had them keep my card all night. So this morning when I got up I made sure I didn’t loose anything and realized my card was missing, then I had to cancel it because I can’t make it to go and grab it. That’s the only complaint I really have, all the staff were relatively nice, the atmosphere was definitely there, music was trending good songs, there was foam that was also coming from I think the ceiling which was a nice touch and I love the glasses they provided. The entry fee was a little steep in comparison to most clubs I’ve been to but I’m not too sure if last night was a special night or not so I really can’t say too much.
