Second Presbyterian Church — Local services in St. Louis

Whoever answered the phone for the food pantry yesterday you were extremely rude. I called to ask about closing times and not only did you cut me off multiple times without listening, you hung up on me as well without ever answering my question. It makes me wonder about you and the church’s character. When I went to get food the people were mostly nice but I can tell yall need to work on how to speak with sensitive people. Not talking AT them, but WITH them and WITHOUT judgments.

I am extremely grateful for the service, this is not a call out on everyone or the church as a whole, but please just work on actually listening and connecting with people in need.
