We recently visited this establishment as a party of eight with a reservation, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. We waited over an hour and a half for our food, only to be informed that a key menu item, shrimp and grits, was unavailable. Despite having a reservation and dining in, our meals were served in to-go containers, which took away from the overall experience. The men's restroom was lacking basic amenities—no paper towels and no mirror—which was surprising and inconvenient. Additionally, the volume of the music made it extremely difficult to hold conversations. We asked the DJ multiple times to lower it slightly, but our requests were not adequately addressed, making it hard to enjoy our time together. It felt like there was a disconnect between the atmosphere and the needs of the guests. While the venue itself wasn’t crowded, the overall service and ambiance left much to be desired. With some improvements in customer service, attention to guest comfort, and professionalism from staff, this place has the potential to offer a much better experience. One of our guests waited 2 hours to get her omelette!! She was the last in the group to get her food!

Treasures Sports Bar & Grill has a lot of growing to do. The customer service was great—friendly and attentive. However, the food left much to be desired. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles, and the chicken wings were unusually small (with the exception of one). There were no actual utensils, plates, or glasses provided—not just at our table, but throughout the restaurant. Drinks were served in plastic cups, utensils were plastic, and meals were brought out in to-go containers. Additionally, they require payment at the time of ordering, which felt more like a fast-food experience than a dine-in one. This experience coming with a $70+ price tag was insane. I would have happily paid more for the experience they advertise, BUT THIS WASN'T THAT. Never Again.

I’ve been toTreasures several times I’ve never had a bad experience, I was there on a Friday evening for a birthday gathering, loved the DJ’s the crowd was cool a little younger then I typically hang with but cool nonetheless. I also need to compliment the waitress that were on the floor they were both very sweet and professional I neglected to get their names but was there 9/19. Ok here’s where things went left !! My sister and I ordered drinks and requested a hookah she let us know that it’s separate that she would send the hookah guy to our area which was cool I completely understood that. The flyer states the hookah’s were $20 and the DJ’s were announcing Hookah’s $20 all night but when the hookah guy came to us he said the hookah’s were $30 that they made a mistake on the flyer ā€œNot Our Problemā€ if the flyer said it and the DJ’s announced it then it should have been granted. Nevertheless we ordered it anyway (Huge Mistake) the hookah was straight TRASH for $30 you only got two options fruity or fruity mint we ordered the fruity mint it didn’t have any mint you couldn’t taste any fruit at all so he agrees to just bring fruity which was just as bad if not worse they both were trash they didn’t taste like anything but smoke it was horrible on top of that he had too many coals and it quickly started burning we were out of $38 almost $40 for a horrible experience. Overall Treasures is a great place and I’ll definitely be back, but I will NOT partake in the...
