I was giving the most unpleasant experience I have ever encountered at any Kasa during my stay at Kasa Central west end …It was terrible first my room was dirty hair in the shower and sink plus dirty sheets on the bed dirty and refrigerator so I called Kasa was told to take photos and was then giving another room which was fine with me ..After checkout in the new room I discovered a unauthorized 250$ transaction on my bank account from kasa I immediately called them I was told call back at 7am to speak with trust and safety..I then saw a email from some supervisor name Kris who stated we have deducted 250 from your account due to dirty linen and a bathroom towel and the pics are below ..so I looked at the pic which was a towel I used to wipe my hands after eating Cheetos hot fries and and apple juice spill mark from my son bottle that was left on the bed while sleep .. So I responded back to her email and said u charge me $250 for a towel and bed linen that can be easily washed ..She then responded well we did wash it and it did not come clean it’s damage so my decision remains the same a 250dollar fee and no more stay at no Kasa in the Future ..So I ask can I see pics of the washed towel and bed sheet for proof because I know it came out if the house keeper washed it. She said ok I will gather up everything and I’ll email u the pic asap .30 mins passed still no pic so I email her back like where are the pic ?because I know the it came clean she responded back then … I don’t have them .so i said how u know if it came clean are not you just taking the housekeeper word without proof …she got mad and said it don’t matter my house keeper got rid of the towel and sheet so my decision stays the same have a nice day ..wow that’s so unprofessional and rude to someone who spent way over 10,000 dollars with your establishment.I have my on business I would never treat any customers like this ..Totally disappointed and dissatisfied over a dirty towel and sheet 250 dollar plus no stay ..BEAWARE HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED PURE RACIST...

As a USMC veteran I ADVISE AGAINST USING KASA.COM PERIOD.
Here's the RIDICULOUS request they asked of me after letting me know earlier in the day that everything had checked-out and my booking for their apartment in St. Louis (of all places!) was confirmed:
"Unfortunately, our system did not accept your selfie photo. To complete the check-in, please reply to this email with a picture of yourself holding your ID next to your face so we may confirm the replacement image as soon as possible. If we do not receive this within 24 hours, we will have to cancel your booking.Thank you for your help here - we look forward to hosting you soon! Kind regards, Team Kasa"
TEAM KASA USES AN OFF-SHORE "CUSTOMER SERVICE," team. Apparently they're too cheap to hire Americans working on American soil to help Americans who want to book a business trip-related apartment IN AMERICA, with them. Instead, they use foreign agents on foreign soil where the laws are different from those HERE in the U.S.A.
DO NOT trust this Kasa.com or their strong-arm tactics that are, "Big Brother," in nature with no rhyme or reason. Absolutely absurd and will let everyone know not to use...

The rooms were super noisy and this is apparently a known issue because each bedroom has a dedicated sound machine, you'll want sleep aid.
It feels like a corpo apartment, very sterile and furnished with what seems like cheap Amazon furniture. The appliances were a tier above your average apartment which made the furniture choices seem even cheaper and even more like an office. Not the worst, but not great either for the price and what they'll expect you to do to rent here which is going to cost you several hours of searching through their documentation to put together all the "clues" to actually get in the building with your car parked somewhere, it's extremely stressful and support isn't going to support your frustration, just explain that you're wrong for not doing enough digging, it's like solving a puzzle just to get to the service you purchased.
Everything about Kasa was confusing and convoluted such that the entire experience was largely not one I would ever repeat, this isn't a Kasa review specifically but if you're reading and considering Kasa I would seriously look at their Trust Pilot...
