This is by far the worse service I ever had with any grill place im late making this review but I promised myself that i would on the count of how badly the customer service and service was. So first before I placed a ordered I called to get specific instructions on how to place a order the man act as if he couldnāt understand anything I was saying I had to repeat myself and end of feeling weird when I got of the phone. I placed an order online and I nearly waited a month just to get the MOLD, I had to call him to ask what was going on he cut me off and say whatās your name... I tell him he say oh ok Iām mail it out today. I got the mold two days later. I send the mold back it say it take a week to send the grill back I waited a month during thAt time I called him multiple times he ignored my call sent him text messages he ignored my messages three weeks within that month I finally got a hold to him and I ask if he received my text messages he said yea. I said next time can u reply so I donāt think I got rip off he said oh yeah my bad. I tell him I still havnt received my grii.... he cut me off whats ur name I tell him he like oh ok ima make that today. A week went by I ask for a refund threw text he never texted me back I had my husband call because he started to ignore me again and then I received my grill like three days later. OH LETS NOT MENTION WHEN I RECEIVED IT, IT WAS THE WRONG GRILL MY HUSBAND CALLED AND LET HIM KNOW HE TOLD ME TO SEND IT BACK HEāLL MAKE IT AGAIN HE RESENT THE MOLD IT CAME IN DIFFERENT PACKAGING IT WAS A DIFFERENT MOLD MUCH CHEAPER AND BIGGER THEN THE LAST ONE THE MOLD WAS STIFF AND DIDNOT WORK OR EVEN MIX TOGETHER. SO I GOT TIRED OF CALLING TEXTING AND GETTING STALLED ON SO I SAID FORGET IT AND KEPT THE GRILL I DIDNT WANT. JUST TO AVOID...

I started with a small order to see how they operated so I ORDERED A GAP FILLER 8 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A MOLD. I called the shop roughly 2 weeks ago and finally got an explanation as to why I didn't receive it. Originally I asked for a refund, they said "we don't do those bruh". I gave him my name he pulled up my account and asked if I received an email stating that my credit card didn't match my shipping address. I told him no, he said (as if it were my fault I hadn't received the email ) "You should have and I'll need a copy of your ID". I would assume this is a simple fix, so I sent him my ID, called them and left messages, emails, etc. THEY'RE IGNORING ALL OF MY MESSAGES, CALLS, EMAILS, ETC. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A MOLD FOR THE GAP FILLER I ORDERED 8 WEEKS AGO. If I get this situation gets sorted I'll be glad to remove this review and give a rating solely based of the quality of the product, but until then. I'll stand firm behind my review. I reached out before I purchased my order to confirm I was going to receive what I was looking for. After I ordered, the transaction got flagged as fraud, in which I was NOT notified by the vendor nor my bank. After spending almost $400 you would think someone would say something! I called a week after I didnāt receive my package because I spent extra money on 2 Day priority shipping. I called just in time to potentially receive my order before my birthday. I was overnighted the mold kit because Iām no longer in St. Louis.
