My financial wellness is based on a philosophy called “living skinny”. This practice has enhanced my discretionary income. I recently attempted to lower my monthly family allowance for our cellular needs. Verizon’s competitor offered a savings and I decided to accept it. I had been a Verizon customer for 10 years. On the day of the transfer, I experienced several hours of unsuccessful porting to retain my current number and I was without cellular service. The shortcoming was my novice abilities in cellular technical skills. I elected to return to Verizon and I clearly see their worth. I learned the value of customer service. Their competitor had no local office and all customer service was telephonic. Verizon staffs two local offices in even our small town.
I visited the Verizon store in St Marys, GA on three occasions before I was successfully returned to their mobile service. On two of those occasions, I was assisted by the store lead, Cole Rowland. In addition to his awesome technical expertise in cellular matters, he is charming and personable. On one occasion, he was making two sales and assisting two customers with issues that included me. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I overheard customers label Cole Rowland as “whiz kid” and “phenomenal”. To me he is simply a “Geek” with Style. Nothing against him but the cost of this phone was astronomical & crazy. I also think with the amount that you spend you shld get a free accessory & a better discount on them.
I do however greatly appreciate him having everything ready for when I got there & actually made an appt. for us & was available. My bf came ahead of time & he & Jantzen decided on the phone that had all the things I wanted. He told me why he choose the Note 10+. And I appreciated that he has the same one as well. I do not care for having to go to deal with salesmen but he was very pleasant, took the time & educated me on several things. Read moreI recently had the most phenomenal experience with Cole Rowland. He is a sales representative and a manager of the Saint Marys Verizon store. His Customer Service was such as I have rarely seen before. Cole managed to work a promotional deal in which I was able to get a free iPhone, tablet and Apple Watch. He is very professional yet very personable as well. Cole is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly well-versed on every level regarding the products that Verizon has. He spent 3 & 1/2 hours with me. I am rather technologically impaired. Cole worked around that and gave me every bit of information that was needed to make this a very successful and positive experience. I am so grateful to have had Cole as our sales representative.
