After the Italian meat pasta debacle in October, we figured we would give Pizza Hut another try... Ordered two orders of honey barbecue wings and similar to how they "forgot" the meat for the meat pasta they basically "forgot" the honey barbecue sauce for the wings... It's like they looked at an order of eight and said "Eenie, meenie, miney, moe"... What three wings are we going to apply the sauce!?! š¤¦
To top it all off we just realized that the breadsticks are burnt to a crisp. We didn't notice this before calling about the wings, it's not worth my time and energy to call back to have new breadsticks delivered and hope they manage not to burn them too.
WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM PIZZA HUT IN ST MARY'S AGAIN.
Between forgetting to put meat in meat pasta and forgetting to use sauce on wings... I'm beginning to wonder if it is intentional by the restaurant. Is this a misguided attempt to cut cost & hope the customer doesn't notice rather than a "mistake"? š¤
I ordered Italian Meat Pasta... They claim it is packed with sweet tomato sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, cheese, shredded Parmesan... IT'S NOT.
My pasta was burnt to a crisp on the top, after peeling off the burnt layer, there was no tomato sauce on 80% of the pasta, there was no Italian sausage in the entire bowl, and it lacked shredded parmesan. Absolutely terrible, I'm not even sure how they thought they made the dish correctly.

I arrived at Pizza Hut for contactless service. I called the restaurant because it was about 20 minutes by the time I arrived. The call center answered and transferred my call, and it was disconnected. I was told the lobby was full, and that's why they didn't answer the call earlier. I was sitting outside, and the lobby was empty.
I checked my NFCU account, and the charge was pending. The manager Aura told me she didn't receive the payment and would not give me my order. I showed her my NFCU and Pizza Hut account where you could see the transactions.
Aura stated she still couldn't give me my pizza. Aura showed me a receipt with a different amount than what I ordered. Pizza Hut needs to remedy this issue.
I called NFCU and spoke with Robert to see if my transaction went through. I asked him to speak with the manager, Aura.
Robert confirmed my transaction posted and gave Aura the transaction number. Aura still would not give me my pizza. Aura stated their system never received my transaction.
Ask Aura to call her GM and her to call me. If I get Pizza Hut ever again, it will be somewhere else. Pizza Hut STOLE $46.70 from me.

The person at the counter was friendly but there were several angry customers waiting for their order and/or for mistakes to be fixed. When I clicked on the "track my order" button on my confirmation email, it stated that my order was ready and waiting - but it was not. Not sure why it said it was ready to be picked up. Finally came out at 6:48pm. Wasn't offered any plates/napkins/condiments. When I asked, I was told "there's a fork in the pasta box" and handed a plate and a couple of napkins.
