One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Ordered what I thought was a simple meal which consisted of a Turkey, ham and cheese sub add bacon with lettuce cheese tomato and onion which is where things got a little weird. First my sub has pizza toppings everything was shredded the bacon was a salad topping completely diced, onions are the same diced onions they use for pizza the cheese was shredded mozzarella which I never even asked for. And when I brought this to the managements attention he had the audacity to ask me if I read the menu. I replied with a yes however on the menu it doesn't say ANYWHERE that the condiments are pizza toppings, he gave a lame excuse for the shredded cheese saying that "they use shredded cheese to ensure it melts properly" hmmmm funny because no other establishment uses shredded cheese to ensure melting. I've ordered from the same establishment in Kingsland and NEVER had one single issue. The manager was rude and defensive and the funny thing is I didn't even ask for my money back, all I wanted was for them to correct the problem. My wings were flabby and disgusting and fries were severely overcooked. I never leave reviews but couldn't let this slide. Now I'm sure there are people that will say they are wonderful and have never had an issue. However that shouldn't take away from the AWFUL EXPERIENCE I had. I paid my money just like everyone else and in return was treated like I was begging for favors or asking for something that was outlandish. The guy that identified himself as the manager could have handled the situation a lot better, I will never be a patron at this establishment again. I'm a paying honest customer and left feeling like a second rate beggar. Not cool and definitely not good...

Food was good and got our first drinks quickly but after that it was forever to get our order taken and then four different people bringing out our food at all different times. There is two adults and four kids in our party. My youngest daughter didn't get her food until everyone was almost done eating. We only got a refill because we asked one of the girls helping our waitress for refills and the lady kept acting like it was just so much stuff to carry but she came out with a tray to begin with but I guess forgot about it's existence afterwards. We were literally not checked on at all other than when they brought food and then had to fetch our own bill and to go boxes. I thought maybe they were busy but I watched two tables of people leave that came in way after we had ordered even and then I look inside and they have four tables in the whole place and there was at least four different people helping serve so not sure what the problem was. We normally tip more than 20 percent but this time we just couldn't give that much. I let my husband decide the amount. This used to be my favorite place to eat and where my tall team did our fundraisers but I can't see that happening ever again or us eating here again. We don't go out often with the family so this was a disappointment. I gave three stars because the food was good and the girls helping our waitress was...

The pizza was New York style cheesy hot and very good. The reason for the 2 stars is because my friend ordered baked ziti with Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce. you don’t expect something that was pre made in the morning, slapped on a plate microwaved with some Alfredo sauce on top and expect to have a return customer. the restaurant made good on this miscommunication which I’m not sure how you can miscommunicate wanting baked ziti with Alfredo sauce instead of red. I didn’t find that hard to understand. Unfortunately The dish that came out was a pre made square of ziti with red sauce. Microwaved, not baked and Alfredo sauce on top. It didn’t even look edible. This was Not what she was expecting at all. The restaurant did offer us a free desert and replaced her meal with pizza because they could no accommodate her original request which was to have pasta with Alfredo sauce rather than red. They should try cooking made to order and fresh not PreMade they might have happier customers who want to come back for more.

My husband and I visited Friday night (6/12). He had a personal cheese pizza. I had the chicken Marsala. They have a salad bar that I was tempted by, but ultimately my meal came with garlic toast and a salad. If you can call it salad. It was lettuce and onion (I asked for no tomatoes because I am not a fan). —-see photo. My husband said the pizza was mediocre at best. My chicken marsala was ok. The flavor was good but the sauce was lacking on the plate. It was overloaded with mushrooms. Oh and don’t think you are getting a chicken breast you have to cut. They do it for you. Small breaded chicken goodness. I like that spin especially since I was holding my newborn while trying to eat. The waitress was super sweet, friendly and inviting. The atmosphere is a typical Italian pizza joint. Complete with the old pressed wood Formica board booths. Ultimately it is about would I revisit…probably not.

Everything was kind of alright. For being there during peak dinner time, it was just us, so the food came out promptly. Don’t know what brought us to order the artichoke dip, but I’ve never had it warm before and it improved my idea of artichoke dip ! The pizzas weren’t anything super special. The chicken pesto lacked chicken, but was crispy and had pesto lol the margarita also was basic, but lacked in the sweetness other margaritas I’ve ordered elsewhere had. Like, they weren’t bad, but for $15 a pop, I would’ve been happier getting dominoes.
