It would be a crime for me not to talk about how awesome the drive up team was. I'm moving in under a month and needed a nice, cheap futon. Using my employee discount (I work at another store) I bought one here since they had it. I pulled up and was greeted with 2 friendly faces, one of which was Candace, and we all instantly knew that box was NOT going to fit easy. I know first hand how tough drive ups can be and offered to come back later with a larger vehicle. They both said, "let's give it a shot first". I swear it felt like a team building exercise as we opened my tiny trunk (it's only a small car) and attempted at putting the seats down. When it seemed too tight, Candace asked for my car manual. I handed it to her and she found the answer to getting my seats down (I didn't even know). At this point, a third team member showed up for backup. Us four ladies put our minds and muscles together and got the futon in! We celebrated our accomplishment and said our goodbyes. Read moreNeeded help finding a makeup remover product and asked someone in the Health & Beauty department to help me figure out if they had said product and where it was. She gave me unclear instructions as to where it would be and I spent the next 20 minutes looking for it before going to guest services and asking for help. I was unhelpfully rerouted to the same person as before and finally she takes me to where the product was and rudely threw the product towards me causing me to drop it and she ran off before I could get her name. I understand I was more than likely somewhat of a both, but I tried to be as nice and courteous through the whole process as I could be. I work in customer service and I get it, it's frustrating but it's no way to treat a customer all the same and because of this interaction I ended up not even getting the product and will try to avoid shopping here if at all possible...
Read moreThis is a fine Target store. All of the negative reviews are so skewed. Generally seems like people only come on here when there is something to complain about. I have been shopping here for 3 years and have never had any issues. “Issues” that other reviews complain about, like long in-store pickup times, are so insignificant. “Long” is subjective. I do a lot of in-store pickups and it never takes longer than five minutes. Just shop the $1-$5 section while you wait! :) As for returning items, just always have a receipt, and you won’t have a problem. It’s pretty reasonable that a store won’t take an item back if you don’t have a receipt. To expect anything else is ridiculous. I have returned plenty of items here without issue. Everyone I have had an experience with here has been super nice and helpful. Highly recommend...
