I took my daughter to XO by Sophia’s to get her prom dress & it was by far the best out of all the places we went. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Here’s what makes it worth it to buy your formal gown here: #1.Selection. There are tons of dresses ranging in all sizes & styles. They even have a separate side of the shop for wedding gowns. #2. Assistance. You will have your own amazing person to help you. They take the hassle of putting the gowns back in the plastic bags away from you & help with putting the dresses on. Ladies, we know how hard that is! They will cater to your every need & make your special experience fun & memorable. #3.Space & mirrors. The shop is spacious, so if there are several people browsing, you’re not smashed in like sardines. There are plenty of nice dressing rooms with mirrors right outside of the dressing room doors. You’d be surprised by how much that matters. We appreciated that so much after experiencing some of the other shops that don’t have that. #4. Pricing. We all know formal gowns aren’t cheap, but their prices are appropriate for what you get. They have a good price range too. You don’t have to spend a fortune or you could if you want too :) #5. Experience. It was a lot fun going there. Sometimes, trying on formal gowns can be overwhelming & make you feel a certain way. XO by Sophia’s made it a wonderful experience for my daughter & myself. I went here to find a dress for senior prom. This was definitely the best place I went so far. They have the sweetest and most helpful workers!! They were honest and so kind! The shop environment itself is very beautiful and put together very well, It’s a large space and they have different lighting throughout the shop which can help you know if you’ll like the dress in florescent and natural light, and The dress selection is great. They gave great advice on colors, styles, and really know how to help you find a dress that makes you shine! I came in looking for a very certain style and ended up leaving with a completely different dress they thought would go well on me and I love it!! 10/10 definitely recommend coming here for...

By far the absolute best service hands down! We went in looking for a prom dress for my daughter - we were greeted the moment we walked in the door & were walked to the size we were shopping for. Never once did we feel like a burden and additional dresses were recommended as she tried on. Jenna was amazing & told my mother & I to just sit back & watch the fashion show as she helped my daughter zip/lace up the back. She offered to record a video of the dress for my daughter to share with her friends. (You know teenagers have to have their friends approval...lol) We went to 2 other stores first & didn't receive 1/2 the service we received here! I 10 out 10 recommend this shop...
