Michael Rigo came to do a quick check on my generator. He is so pleasant and knowledgeable. Anyone would feel very comfortable to have him service or repair their equipment. It was a very good experience.
I had Air Solutions clean all the air ducts in my home yesterday, March 20, 2024 The two technicians did a great job. Both Lewis and Jimmy were very respectful of my home, and left it immaculate. It was really exceptional. I am very grateful to have used Air Solutions to do the work. I highly recommend them!!
Today's appointment was for a free estimate on a price quote for air duct cleaning. The technician, Dino, was friendly, and so pleasant to work with. I am going ahead to use them to do the cleaning of my home's air ducts. I have also used this company to install my full house generator. They are wonderful to work with. Very professional and responsive.
Before I purchased my generator, I scheduled an interview for a price quote on working together for the generator project. I have never experienced a more professional company . Emails immediately, texts as reminders of the appointment. I received a text from the technician prior to his arrival. He came exactly when promised. Dino was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and was wonderful to work with. I received a thank you note after the appointment. All I can say is that I have never experienced such a professional company that is so detail oriented. I love it!!!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could Over a year after installing my Generac Generator I paid for a servicing contract. Mike R came today to service it. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. A big smile. He came on time and did whatever was necessary for the servicing. I was very happy working with him

   Read moreI paid $500/year to have AirSolutions maintain my generator. The power went out in my neighborhood last night and my generator didn’t work. I have small kids and no power. When I called them to ask to come fix it they wanted me to pay another $280 to inspect it (not including any potential cost of parts). What a joke. They (rudely) claimed the $500/year was for “maintenance, not service.” What were you maintaining if the generator doesn’t work when I need it?? What a waste of money. I immediately cancelled my “SERVICE” agreement.
Edit after Owner Response on 2/25/25: Thank you for this long-winded and innacurate public response instead of returning my request for a phone call from a manager. The only thing you refunded me was for the cost of work you hadn't even completed yet. Thanks?? On 2/17/24 I had paid your company $1,650 since September of 2022, and I had a broken generator. And, your company wouldn't even come to my house without me paying you an additional $280 to just see why. I even asked if you could forego the 2/28/25 "maintenance" visit and come sooner just to inspect it, and your company refused. You wanted MORE money. Other service contracts that I have are with people who stand by their work, and if I'm a member, they come when there's a problem for free. If something is objectively broken and needs to be replaced, then it's completely fair that I have to pay for it.    Read moreI've been a prior client of Air Solutions and they've been very good, but when an emergency came up of no heat on a winter Sunday, they totally failed. The woman who answered their phone at 10am said they do not offer Emergency Service and it would have to wait until Monday. I then checked their website, and saw they do offer Emergency Service. I called the woman back and then she did offer she would call the dispatcher. I also sent a note via the company's website about the emergency. No response whether to the email or second phone call, then two hours later I called them again. Another woman answered the line and said it would be a $300 emergency service charge and she would have dispatch call me with the arrival time. She called back a few minutes later and said they were totally booked and that Monday would be the earliest they could arrive. Ten minutes later, a third woman called me and said they had a cancellation for one of the "emergencies" that had filled up their day but now the cost would be $450. I mentioned I was just quoted $300 a few minutes prior, and she said that's because "you are not a member." I pointed out that I have been a fairly regular customer (last work done 6 mos earlier) and knew nothing about becoming "a member."
