ok so this is my detailed experience when I went yesterday in the evening and went complete a$$, so those that that want to read bear with me because this is very detailed. Went yesterday with my gf because she wanted as a guinea pig, we registered and a blonde at the guest desk gave me may race numbers 1068 and 1073 and told us to head down to race track 1. headed down and just sat down to wait for my turn. My gf was worried if I was in the right track because we were waiting for a while, to ease her doubts I approached the guy manning the desk and asked him info bout my races and confirmed to me that I was in the right track in their waiting list. Went back, confirmed with her to calm her down and I noticed that there were some drivers that weren't showing and were being called out in the speakers and I still remember the drivers names that were being called out too. Later when it was my turn, I approached the desk to see what helmet I needed and the guy behind the counter asked to see my receipt along with my name, mind you this, I noticed beforehand, call me crazy but I saw some chicks in the pit first before ANYONE. Crossed out the first race number 1068 and gave me new numbers, confused I asked what for and told me that I missed race and that he had to bump me down and queue me up for a different race. dude claimed that he callled me out on the speakers, ofc sometimes I am a bit lost or total airhead but I never heard my name one time. to not cause any problems I just went back to my girl and asked her if anytime I was ever called out and she said no as well, so I was definitely not crazy. bummed out I just wanted to leave and we headed back up the stairs when dude did start calling me out on the speakers, my girl even mentioned if I wanted to go back but nah the vibe and enthusiasm vanished, got to the desk and we just checked out.
This is my first of second post. I say that because this was just for myself but hopefully when I go there again with my girl it'll...

However, my recent visit to this raceway was marred by a negative experience with the staff. I'd like to point out that I've been to this raceway before and was familiar with the operations. My group and I decided to go racing with the expectation of a discounted rate, but to our disappointment, we learned that the discount had been discontinued. Despite this, we decided to go ahead with it, hoping it would still be worth it. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, we encountered a rude worker who greeted us unfriendly. When we finally hit the track, our experience was further marred by dramatic slowdowns during our first two races for no reason. We had a long-time veteran of the raceway voice his frustration at the worker who was controlling our speed, seemingly slowing us down without reason. The worker first replied by saying that he was going at # speed which was how fast everyone else was going which was not true at all because we all felt our kart go slow throughout those races. He had no care about how any of us felt. What made matters worse was that a more aggressive racer on the track was allowed to go fast, creating the impression that we were being unfairly targeted. In the final race, a new staff member handled our speed more reasonably, but we still had to slow down due to debris on the track. It might be a good idea for the raceway to implement a requirement for participants to place items like keys securely on a desk to avoid such issues that can disrupt the race. The condition of the karts was also a concern, with problems related to brakes, tires, and steering wheels. I have mixed feelings about this place, but I'm determined to maintain a...
Β Β Β Read moreThe experience is quite lame. For the karts, it takes extremely long to actually drive. First you check in, you have to self-check in, then at the counter they apparently "re-check" you in which is dumb and time wasting. Then you have to wait one hour at minimum on a non-busy day to get called to the track. At the track inexperienced teenage workers go over safety, rules, etc, then you wait at least half hour to begin getting the helmet on and another 15 mins inside a hot helmet to begin walking to the karts. The race is super boring, you virtually can't pass, and if you "get too close" to another kart, everyone's speed is reduced and this happens every 30 seconds. So it is quite a waste. The final lap, which is supposed to be exciting, the speed is reduced to almost a standstill for everyone, making the final lap the most boring final lap you will ever experience. Afterwards the teenage workers take forever to waive everyone into pits and you sit there, still in the hot helmet for an eternity to be able to get up and exit the nightmare. We purchased the package with the 2 races, we just left after one race, that's how lame it was.
The food court serves absolute garbage for food, with inexperienced, dirty workers. The hamburger was disgusting, the waffle fries were oily and gross. Waste of money. The bathrooms are filthy and there are no cleaning people around. The pinball machine stole the credit, I went to a worker who had to clue what planet he was on, lost that money too.
Overall this place is garbage, I foresee it won't last long at all in business. Too many flaws to fix here. What a pity...
